I love this store. The service is amazing and quick. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Customer service is top notch. I will not go anywhere else for my office needs. :-)

The service was fine, but I was charged $2.00 (after the fact) to use the UPS computer in the public space to print out the UPS shipping label, nothing more, just needed the label and I was charged $2.00 extra. They waived the 33 cent charge for printing the label. Disappointing to get nickel and dimed like that.

Nothing but Great experiences for me.Always very kind and helpful!I would take the few negative reviews here with a pinch of salt. Google reviews arent so many and folks who get angry are disproportionately represented. If you need brain surgery for your child look elsewhere 😉

A small, family owned business where you really get the sense of family. This location is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They accommodate requests, and do their best to make sure their clients are satisfied. They truly go above and beyond every chance they get. A fantastic business owned by fantastic people with a stellar staff!

Disaster. I came here because i wanted over a month for my order and i saw that the package was delivered but never received it. I waited in line for about 30 minutes and after reaching the employee at the front, the lady that attempted to assist me was so lost. She wasnt friendly and it didnt seem like she anted to help at all. Not recommended.

I have been a client at this location for over 8 years. In addition to renting a mail box, I have used them for notary and shipping services. Always clean & ready for business, service features prompt, professional attention at the counterwith just the right amount of friendly banter. Reasonable hours & 24/7 access to the mail boxes by keyed entry.

I am super unhappy with their service. I was very disappointed when i arrived to see what happened with my package. After waiting in line for 20 minutes i spoke to the store clerk who tried to assist me. She had no clue what she was talking about and was just overall very unacknowledged about the whole issue. I ended up talking to the supervisor who was rude and didnt really solve my problem Not recommended.

Excellent service and reasonable pricing - I trust them knowing that they know what theyre doing. Very convenient for all the services they offer.
