Decent service,lady in apparel helped me find the right fit for a helmet, parts department doesn’t always give you the right part or information. Nice bikes… a bit pricey.

I rode a very nice 2002 softail. Dealer worked on it once. Charged me $1500….I Went back one year later they tell me they don’t work on old bikes any longer. So I sold it to Rob Halford. Now when you see a Judas Priest show that’s my old softail. True Story.

I do not recommend this dealer to anyone I went in to pick up a 2021 lowrider S started working on a deal took almost about a week till finally i came with everything they asked me for even the down payment they wanted A WEEK! A whole week and when the day came that I finally had everything they asked me for. Apparently the owner had sold the bike I had been trying to get for almost a week to someone who bought it Full pop why be working up a deal for almost a week and run my credit and everything to tell me they sold the bike I wanted then my co worker went in to buy a used one and they pulled that same stunt on him telling him that the bike he wanted went to auction thee worst dealership I have ever been to Kevin was not helpful at all do not waste your time at this dealership they are only trying to steel your money they claim that they try and get you on a bike and leave happy well I did not leave happy nor did I end up on a bike just because they wanted to sell it to someone who they could get more commission out off.

Went to their introduction test ride event for the Pan America. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, very lightly informative in sales but never pushy. The Pan America itself was a fun ride

I Had My Harley Towed Here After Having A Bad Rear Wheel Issue And Anthony At The Service Department Was Quick And Efficient On Processing My Bike Into Service! I Needed To Leave My Bike Here For A Little Over Three Weeks For A Part I Ordered That Couldn’t Be Available For That Long But As Soon As I Received The Part, My Bike Was Finished The Following Day! Purchased a 2013 CVO 110th anniversary electra glide on 7-20-2021. What a great experience. I live about 1285 miles from this dealership, saw the bike on their website, emailed for more info and pics. David emailed back pics and more information. He kept in touch while I was making my mind up. Sales associate Darlene Dyna Dar assisted me, if she didnt have the answers, she put the effort into getting them.I saw an advertisement in Cycle Trader for a FLHPI Road King Police at Simi Valley Harley Davidson. I was looking for a used Road King but was not looking particuliery for a Police model. We were heading to Ventura for a overnight so we stop by in route Saturday. The bike was in great shape and hit all my wants except a couple of minor items. Decided to sleep on it. Unfortunately, the more I thought about it, the more I wanted it.We stopped by Sunday, I had the attitude; if its meant to be, it will still be there and it was! I didnt waste any time, the price was right so I closed the deal.The bike was never used as a police bike so theres no random cut wires. Digging all the minor upgrades! Just need to do a couple of things on my new bike to personalize it. Great comfortable ride!

Pros: Great service department. Fast & knowledgeable staff. Parts department guys are great.Cons: Sales & administration. I bought my 17 Road King Special in May 20, four months later still no plate or registration. Temp plate is expired and the DMV has no record of my VIN. I keep getting the run around about who is at fault, and no estimate for resolution. It takes about three to four phone calls to get anyone to call you back. Not good service after the sale. Buy a bike somewhere else and save yourself a headache.

Meh they need to up there game. I mean, I walked through the whole store and no one even approached me. I know theyre coming out with a new adventure bike and I wanted to talk with someone about it, but it seems as though they cant be bothered. If this goes down like the Buell & the V-rod then its positively the end for Harley . The dealership needs to get there ahead of the product line, otherwise theyre doomed. So sad, once the greatest American motorcycle line. I still have high hopes but time will tell.

I am on a cross country road trip and after 5k miles on the road, and another 3k ahead of me, I was due for a service and was told they couldn’t help me. I was highly disappointed. Of my 15 years of riding, I’ve never been to a dealership that wouldn’t accommodate a rider that was mid-trip and be turned away. Ventura H-D on the other hand was able to get me in.

What a great place to buy a bike! Unbelievably good experience. No high pressure sales but just people trying to help you make the right decision at very fair prices. From sales, to parts, to service, they are customer focused. Had the opportunity to meet the owner (drove me home from the shop) and understood how vision and outstanding customer service starts at the top. I wouldnt go anyplace else!

My wife and I were in the market looking to purchase our first Harley-Davidson. We went online and saw some great reviews of Simi Valley Harley. We got in contact with Ray one of the sales guys, very professional and helpful. I test rode a 2014 883 and loved it. The only issue I found was that the brakes were not working as they should. I went back to the dealer after my test ride and told the store manager that something was not right with the brakes. He looked up the safety inspection and said the brakes are just fine, it’s a Harley you will get use to it, no need to worry. My wife and I purchase the bike, half way home the rear brakes went out. I had to slowly use my front brakes to stop the bike. I called a few times and never heard back from anyone. I guess the part that really made me mad was that my life was at risk and the bike was not inspected as they said it was. I will not recommend this dealer.

The service was horrible for the financial stuff. Ray was slow and didnt have any answers to my questions. Angela in the clothing section was AMAZING!!!!! She had wonderful customer service and went above and beyond to help me. She is my five star review.

This may not be the proper forum for this but I want it out there. My Son, Chad has worked at this dealership over 12 years. He was killed on his bike last Sunday. I sent this Email to the owner Paul and I want everyone to know what kind of a man he is:Paul, Just a note to thank you for all youre doing. I didnt know you that well, some times a short polite conversation in passing. Chad occasionally was in disagreement with something you did and would vent on me. Id remind him that you had a business to run and all decisions were not going to be popular with everyone. The times you spent with my Son away from work he ALWAYS enjoyed and appreciated.This week you have shown me the true man you are and I am amazed. Your love for Chad and helping his family through this week has been beyond AMAZING!!! I know you and your crew are hurting along with us. The things you are doing and help you give us is way beyond expectations. You are such a kind and compassionate person. I know not everyone gets to see that, but we truly have this week.Again, my heartfelt thanks to you. (end)My Son was my best friend. Chad the service writer gets 5 stars for his phenomenal service! He is always very patient and professional. I actually keep coming back because of Chad.That being said, I only gave the dealer 4 stars because every time they have worked on my bike I either find something not properly connected (air breather caps) or not properly adjusted (throttle cable) when I get the bike back. They also returned the bike to me pretty dirty with greasy finger prints and oily smudges all over it. The chrome Primary cover was filthy. When I dropped The bike off it was in pristine condition. They also didn’t top off the fuel tank after taking the bike for a 40 or 50 mile test ride. Max Range is about 70 miles before I need to stop for gas (3.3 gal tank) so it was disappointing to have to stop for fuel on the ride home.From what I understand Ventura Harley in Camarillo cleans the bikes and tops them off after a service. These things might seem petty but 5 stars means perfect. Still room for improvement.

I wanted a Road Glide Special and went to 6 different dealerships to find the deal I could afford. I also had a challenge of finding my daughter her first Harley. From beginning to finish, they went out of their way to make the deal. Pleasant, professional and extremely knowledgeable of their products. But Im sure there are other dealers out there that are as professional as Simi Valley. What made the difference for me is how willing they are to go the extra mile for their customers. The time I spent there, past customer after customer came in acting like they were coming to see a their friend. They even delivered the two bikes to Los Angeles where I live. When I discovered a small ding on my daughters Dyna Wide Glide, I asked if they could recommend someone and they wouldnt hear of it. They insisted on repairing it because my daughters first Harley has to be good. Every aspect of my experience with them is like this. They even installed all the custom parts on both bikes the very next day! Niki my sale person, Michael the sales manager and Martin in service all deserve recognition for the way they do their jobs. After owning several Harleys and having bought them from several dealers, I know for a fact that the others out there are not like this. Thank you Simi Harley!

Good people, good service. Clothing selection has shrunk a lot recently though, ditto gift items. The sales floor is now 75% bikes but then its a motorcycle dealer so its hard to argue with that!

I bought my bike here 2 years ago. I think they have really good prices on used bikes. And Ive had it serviced here also, and I think the service is good and the people there are attentive to your needs.

Stopped in the Simi Valley Harley-Davidson dealer today, and asked them if they could check the tire pressure on my 2018 Road King. They did it with no charge! I really appreciated that! I have been working up here on a construction project for about 8 months now, and have been in there shop occasionally, and bought some things there from time to time, like a handlebar phone mount, a USB adapter to the power source, and a few shirts and hats. I find that they are friendly to their customers, even though I bought my bike at the El Cajon Harley dealer.

Simi Harley is by far the most organized well kept professional Harley. All the guys are all Harley guys and super down to earth. Everyone is knowledgeable. Its like a Ferrari dealership but for Harleys

Felt like my back tire was sliding out from under me as I rode through Grimes Canyon, so I stopped off at about 10:45 on a Sunday morning. Everybody was extremely accommodating; they checked my tire pressure, made some minor adjustments and I was on my way inside of 15 minutes. Big kudos to Eric!

Large selection of new and used Harley Davidson motorcycles. On my first visit I was ready to buy and after a few questions/answers, the sales guy told me to take a class, and come back if I still want one. I did. And I do. On the next visit the guy took the time to have me sit on a bunch of bikes, asked me a bunch of questions, and showed me what a bike that fit me so perfectly, that I came back a week later and bought a new one. There is no comparison, Simi Harley Davidson is a friendly, and genuinely helpful place. Highly recommended. One visit and youll see.

Had a 50k service done to my bike. I got home to find scratches in my gas tank, two screws missing from outer fairing and the wiring harness hanging out under my headlamp. Three days later going up the PCH my brakes failed. Simi Harley Davidson had put the wrong brake fluid in my bike. Talked with Jed the service manager about these issues. All he could say was the tech was in a hurry to get the job done. Then he told me there was no sticker on my master cylinder, it had fallen off. If you look at the master cylinder cover none of them have a sticker it is embossed into the plastic what fluid to use. All I heard from him was excuses, not Im sorry or what can we do to make it right. But they sure were happy to take my money. What would they have said if someone got hurt, more excuses! I will never take my bike there for service again.

Although the prices on bikes are going up, these guys keep it real and help. Appreciate their parts and service guys, too. Always helpful, always knowledgeable and ready to give you a hand.

I purchased a 2014 Street Glide from Simi Valley Harley online since i am in Massachusetts. Began the process in the beggining of March 2019. After talking with the salesmen about the condition of the motorcycle i was assured the motorcycle was in excellent condition and the bent fender i noticed was just the angle of the photo and position of the bike. I mistakingly trusted him but I received the motorcycle early May and the motorcycle is full of scratches all over of varying degree, as well as the fender being bent as i pointed out and was assured it was fine. The shipping company took detailed photos of the bike prior to pick up so it was not them, i feel i was lied to about the condition. Poor salesmenship in my opinion. When talking to the sales manager about transfering the title and lien information to my state i was told they were taking care of dealing with the DMV. After receiving my paperwork that was lost in the mail i see that they registered and titled the motorcycle in my name but in california. So i am now stuck with a large paperweight as i can not insure or ride the motorcycle in my home state. Currently dealing with the lien holder and the states, but this will take weeks if not months. Talked briefly with the original salesmen and pointed this stuff out and he did not seem to care. I would not reccomend this dealership to anyone and the salesmen and staff seem to be out to make a quick sale and then hit the road. I am currently having to make payments on a motorcycle that i cant ride, insure, or really do anything with. Please be careful.

Id like to share my experience with Harley and with the Semi Valley Harley Davidson Dealer.First of all I live in Santa Cruz California and was riding down for a funeral when my 2014 Street Glide Special just died after a fill up in Fillmore Ca. I was towed by AAA to the dealership and low and behold the owner of the dealership stayed after hours to receive my bike and keep it safe for me until the next day so that they could fix it. I wish I knew his name, but Thank you for staying.Anyrate, the next day Cody called me, told me what was wrong and fixed it. Eventhough it wasnt covered by my ESP plan, thats ok. Its the peace of mind the dealership gave me and the overall experience that was so satisfying.Kudos to the Owner and to the service department including Cody for taking the time to make sure an out of towner was taken care of.Thank you so much.HPISANIS

Every time I have been in this store I have had great customer service and been treated great.

The dealership itself is very clean and nice, and it seems like they have an excellent selection.Came here for a Harley Demo Days. It was quite an event - they had vendors, product demos, bikes to sit on, etc.. However, the actual demos were very poorly run. It would have taken over 3+ hours to ride 2 bikes the way they had it set up. Very disappointed with that, as that was the whole reason I came there in the first place.

I am shocked how these con artists work. I went in to look at a new bike and ended up seeing a 2015 breakout I really liked instead.I negotiated a deal thinking everything is up to date on licensing fees.They charged me the fees and later I recieved a refund of $220 plus new licence plate along with tags that were good for 2 months.I tried to explain that I should have been told about the past due tags of almost a year so that i could have worked it into the deal.The only reason i found this out is the service the dealer used to handle the DMV fees returned the money stating they couldnt renew tags yet.I have naught and sold many vehicle in my life and i am shocked at the way they decieved me into paying past due fees and then justify it saying I got $220 refunded to just use that.I will be doing my best to make sure everyone knows how they try to scam every bit of money they can from the customer.I will never buy a bike from this place againThis is my first harley and probably my last
