The most positive fast food experience! Employees are always kind, intelligent and genuine. Some people say the food is overrated but I disagree, missed it when out of state. It’s not the fanciest but you can taste the quality. Everything is even better ‘animal style’. My only negative would be that it’s not the fastest — on account of being so popular — too many customers.

Best In N Out Ive been too, ever! Its always so good and fresh and gooey and hot! Tastes so amazing and the staff is super friendly! We tend to go here once a week because its so good!

A staff clerk takes your order standing out in the parking lot just before the drive thru using a tablet. Ive never seen anything like this. The burger was delicious. My fries not so fresh a bit limp. Other then the fry issue everything else was great. Order correct, drive thru clerk polite was gone home Im no time.

They forgot the lettuce, tomato and sauceOn both hamburgers. They didnt taste like anything seems like the sauce is what gives it the unique tast..🤨

Line is always half a mile long for a reason. Its what a hamburger is all about! If Chick-fil-A does chicken perfectly, In-N-Out does beef. Always friendly, cant remember a time where they screwed up an order and didnt catch it themselves.

Fast, accurate, and fries light well are usually perfect. Can’t ask for much more.

One of the worst visits to an In N Out I have ever experienced. We asked for a single animal style cheeseburger and a double, an animal fry, strawberry shake and Dr. Pepper. The man taking orders outside did not repeat our order and added an extra cheeseburger, which we removed at the payment window. No big deal. We pull up to the second window to receive our food and we had two different women come to ask if we removed a cheeseburger, to which we replied yes. They handed us our drinks and food and we checked it after leaving the drive through. We only received one burger and the fries so my partner went inside to get mine. After giving him a hard time, they made my burger. It had chopped chiles on it instead of the pickles. He came back out and we realized they gave us the wrong soda. We didn’t bother fixing those mistakes. I’ve worked in a restaurant for 6 years and I understand how it is when you’re busy, but that’s never a reason to skimp on customer service, that’s how many mistakes were made tonight.

This place is always packed and theres a reason why: the food and service are amazing! Its not listed on the menu but if you cant eat meat like me: order their Grilled Cheese. Oh my goodness it is so good. And then add an animal style french fries to your order and you are set! Great In & Out!

Im ashamed to say that weve been going to a lot of In-N-Out lately. This location is just fine, although it should be noted that everywhere Ive been before has been pretty consistently just fine too. I think its safe to assume that most In-N-Out is exactly the same.

Foods great, staff is very friendly and the price is nice. Last time I went through the drive through I ordered a large iced tea and got a medium filled with 80% ice. I think their ice tea was low and didnt have a new batch ready or it was already out at 10pm. Either way I drove home with a dry throat and a bad taste in my mouth.

Food was substandard. Fries tasted like cardboard. Shakes had a very weird taste. Burger was ok. Not happy with any of the 4 meals we had on this occasion.

I like it.. Line is really long yet it goes faster than you except.Better inn and out experience compared to Los Angeles area where lines can go on for 40 minutes. This line takes around 10-15!!!!!Awesome!!!

Double-Double is the way to go! It has double the taste of their single burger. Do what I do, take one half of the bun off, fold burger over and you have a quad burger with only the calories of a double and its amazing.

This place is great I hear so often. It is definitely a go to burger joint. I am satisfied every time. I could get this place a five-star rating because I love in n out,but it is not a gourmet burger. I believe a five-star gourmet burger would deserve a five-star rating.So take it how you want it this place is great.In the past I have complained about the smell of a dumpster which is place rite aid side by the eating tables and it reeks disgusting. I havent eaten outside in a while, so Im not sure if they have clean up the bad smell from the dumpster.

In and Out Burger was and is a 10 when it comes to fast food choices. Always clean with great tasting food presented by polite attentive staff. Food fare is the same as always but for some reason never gets old.

Definitely a favorite in our family!Some of my buddies call it In-N-Hour, but this one seems to be a bit quicker than most, which is a big plus!If youre new to I-N-O, google In-N-Out hidden menu. Get the skinny on all of the off-menu items. Vegetarians can get Grilled Cheese... And make sure you try your selections Animal Style, and definitely to try the Animal Fries for a very tasty treat!

Very good burgers

What can I say that already hasnt been said. In-N-Out is killer. Burgers, fries, and shakes are all out of this world. The grilled onions, IMHO are the key to its distinctive taste. It is always part of any California trip we make. My daughter even wanted to skip a trip to the beach if it meant not getting a Double-Double.

As far as fast food goes, this place definitely beats all of them in quality and service. I live right in between 3 locations, and this one is my favorite because there is a real parking lot and the people that work here are nicer. I feel like a lot of people expect too much of a fast food place sometimes and end up being disappointed. The limited menu allows this place to do what they do best and I keep coming here because of that.

In N Out has done an incredible job of making this time period, 2020, a lovely experience in spite of the the horrible things that have happened recently! We are being forced to stay home, distance ourselves, and stay away from an endless number of populated places to name a few! And this burger joint has been keeping us going and moving in spite of our current crisis! Its In-n-Out! Famous for fresh ingredients and great taste! While the drive-through belies the name of the establishment, its always worth the wait! The shakes have just a hint of malt that makes them addictive. Dont forget to order animal style!
