The nice young woman who gave me my second COVID vaccine was so comforting and SO kind. I hate needles and she made me feel so at ease! I am so grateful. Couldn’t have had a better experience :)!

I wouldnt normally leave a review for a CVS but Elizabeth who helped me this morning was so very nice and caring. She helped me figure out my discounts for the items I bought and was very patient and helpful. Awesome service!

This pharmacy is the best compared to the other ones in the area, even other CVS pharmacy don’t give the service these guys give. Very knowledgeable and professional, my last experience with the pharmacist girl, was awesome while she was waiting on another customer she jumped in the other register and start taking my Information that’s what I call customer service, awesome people!
Miriam (the store manager- I believe) was extremely helpful! Needed balloons filled up for a baby shower with short notice and they only charged 50 cents a balloon (most places charge $1.20 - $2) - she was nice and kept her word and really went above and beyond. She even helped me out to the car. Great customer service!
I’ve used many pharmacies across the US and this is by far the worse run. I’ve had to use it for over a year. This past week they mixed up a prescription from my MD and said a prescription was ready then deleted it before I got to the store the same day.When I tried to straighten it out by phone they hung up on me three times. Pharmacy Customer service is abrupt and not friendly. I get that the job is stressful. Maybe if management and organization was better it wouldn’t be. Many other Pharmacies have the same stress and serve their customers well.
I like CVS usually but the People here in this CVS non of them knows what they are doing! Especially the Pharmacist and a younger Guy with black Curly hear and Beard. They made me wait 40 min I just walked out without getting my prescription (Antibiotic) at the end thats how much they did upset me! Why do I have give one star Google!?

Tonight was my second time at this pharmacy since moving here and I will never come back. The pharmacist did not want to serve me because we got there 2 minutes before closing. He kept insisting it was 6 and they were closed, even though their window wasnt closed and my phone said 5:59. I tried to ignore him and give the tech my name, but he wouldnt drop it, continuously saying it was after 6 and he wasnt gonna fill anything or check my insurance. I decided to pay cash just so I wouldnt have to come back again. Ive never been treated this way before. I am definitely moving my prescriptions elsewhere.
Terrible customer service. They enjoy making people wait longer than necessary for their prescriptions. Other people drop off and pick up before me and Ive been waiting for an hour +.
No Clue what they are talking or doing in this CVS. Rude, overpriced you get exact the same Prescription at Walgreen or Ralphs for so much cheaper, faster and people are nicer friendlier. Called my Doctor send the Prescription to Walgreens directly opposite of the street and had to pay only $26 for the same Prescription instead $59 at CVS after telling that Ill checked online and it supposed to be cheaper he ment Im wrong. Anyway save money and your Nerves go to a different Pharmacy.
I understand the frustration of the people who have posted. This is an extremely busy pharmacy, more so than any other Ive been to, but through it all the Pharmacist and Pharm Tech and staff try to jump through hoops to keep things running smoothly and attend to everyone as timely as possible. Not everyone is going to be happy, and some time ago I considered changing, but I decided to be patient and let them work through their growth spurt after taking over another pharmacy, and they have added staff and are making strides to make things better. I cant comment on pricing because most of my prescriptions are not that expensive.
Kaycee rang me up today and was extremely helpful in finding me the best deals, as well as doing so very courteously. Im very happy with her service and would highly recommend this location for all your pharmacy needs. Thanks Kaycee!
The pharmacist is wearing zero mask or other protective gear while filling out prescriptions. If you are immune suppressed or high risk stay away.
Do not go to this pharmacy. The pharmacist has no clue what he is doing. I have received many vaccinations in my life and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. He used too long of a needle and my shoulder has hurt for a week now. Feels like a permanent dead arm. He administered the vaccine, pulled the needle out, and then let me bleed all down my arm while he went to go find gauze and a band-aid. He returned and my arm was covered in blood. He tried to use a tiny piece of gauze and it wasnt enough. One of his assistants even looked shocked there was so much blood. I will update post after speaking with the store manager today.
Pharmacy is horrible here! They take so long to fill a prescription it’s ridiculous. Doctor called in prescription in morning and at almost 6 I’m still waiting for it. I could understand if it was a busy day but this is every single time I come to get prescriptions from here.
So slow. The convenience is lost when you have to wait so long every time. Im switching to a different pharmacy.

I had 2 teeth break and was running 103 temperature my dentist faxed in my 10 day antibiotics and this store was out of it so Zi had to wait 2 DAYS!!! AND THEY REFUSED TO SEND IT TO ANOTHER CVS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET OR ANY OTHER PHARMACY!!! I have in 57 yrs seen a Pharmacy not have a antibiotic in stock!!! I waited 4 hours in person for them to tell me they didn’t have it😡
