We are a architects company got two HP Designjets that are used all day.TLC was referred to us by City of Agoura. Great recommendation. TLC sent a technician same day and provided great service. Quick diagnostics and parts were shipped and installed next day. WE usually do not service or maintain the printers and expected for high price but their price we more than fair.
