This is by far the best printing company Ive ever used. They are absolutely responsive and the quality of their materials is amazing. I was so super happy recently when I placed an order for my graduate. They got the order out in literally 2 days and was at my house in 2. I have read a few reviews that say otherwise, which is absolutely crazy. Ive used this company so many times. They are consistently amazing!

Horrible customer service. I posted a sample of a yard sign on a local page and they said they could do it and cheaper than the competition. GREAT! I reached out and provided what I was wanting. Then, nothing. The day before, I emailed and emailed and got no response. I reached back out to the person that replied to my online inquiry and asked for an update. It was at that time, almost 8pm the night before needed the signs, that they said they could NOT provide. They offer something else in its place. Fine. I agreed, since they offered a discount and it was too late to go to the competition and get what I actually wanted. From the first email, they knew the date and time I needed the sign. I was never told that they wouldnt set up, yet that is what was originally told to me. Then it was delivered late. When I emailed back with my concerns, they didnt offer an apology, they gave me a list of what they gave me for free. Mind you, none if that was ever disclosed upfront.The banner is good quality, but the design is very basic and still not what I wanted.

By far, the best printing service my company has every used! The quality and service are matched only by their attention to every detail. Their creative department was even able to suggest edits and changes to our material that, not only to made it more attractive, but also SAVED US A TON OF MONEY! Price, Quality and finished product are unparalleled.I think we have created a life long partner with Voyage Print!

Horrible customer service! I placed my order in April and 3 weeks later was told it got lost in the mail. I got a called saying they were going to send me a new banner and refund me and make it right and that didnt happen. I got my refund 2 weeks later when I send an email asking what was going on and never got a respond just an email confirming they refund me. So disappointing that this banner was for my Senior son and I was so hopeful they were going to send it and never did. So my son never got the graduation banner I had planned for his special day. I would not recommend this to anyone and will be letting our friends and family know not to count on this company. The only reason I gave it one star was because I got my money back!

This company is pro - knowledgeable and extremely fairly priced. Ive ordered through them repeatedly for several months now with no issues. My products are done well, fast, and on-time - actually, usually earlier than I expect. I for sure will continue ordering banners, signs, and my other marketing promotions through them.

Ordered a sign from them for my son’s birthday. I sent two photos bc I was unsure if they would be able to use a photo I sent of him bc he was standing at an angle . I sent two follow up emails asking if the photo would work and if they also sold number yard stakes. I didn’t receive an email back for either of those messages. Smh !!! Long story short ... They used the photo of him standing at an angle and it arrived very blurry! They then chose to chew me out on Etsy basically saying I chose the photo and didn’t give them a chance to rectify it (which they never offered to do and never responded to my emails only to the review I left on etsy)!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DO NOT PURCHASE A THING FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE DIRT AFTER BUYING THEIR PRODUCT. The owner of this company ended up reaching out to me and stated that I should have contacted him prior to making my review (he had some nerve) and what could he do to rectify the problem. I told him I needed the sign for my son’s bday party and he asked me to send another photo I would like to use and he would ship it to me at no additional charge. The sign never showed up. Piss poor customer service.

Horrible customer service. They said my product would be arriving in time. They then emailed me that it was printed and asked for my shipping address. I responded and asked for my invoice and they stopped responding. They then sent me a message after I called multiple times on multiple days that my order was mixed up with someone else’s and that they would no longer fulfill my order.
