As a young lady with no knowledge of cars, I am always anxious when I get my car serviced for anything. These people were so kind when we found a nail in my tire! They did not have a used tire in my size so they told me what to look out for (treads, DOT) when I went to buy from another place. They also fixed my splash shield that was hanging loose from a previous oil change!! Extremely helpful and kind people!!

Could not more highly recommend! Sam and his staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Ive been in several times and they always diagnose and explain the problem thoroughly. This time I was up against a time issue and they managed to get my car done for me, saving the weekend, literally. I trust them 100%!

I was just there asking about air pressure in my tires. A very nice gentleman immediately checked the pressure and got them filled up to the proper pressure. Just the nicest person, I felt kind of dumb but this gentleman made sure I knew it was ok and not a problem. So nice and really appreciated. Thank you

Seriously, after experiencing their customer service today, I won’t take my car anywhere else in Moorpark. I have been going somewhere else religiously… But they do not compare to the quality of service here. Good energy, knowledgeable, helpful, fast service, fair prices. Also, they loaned me their car without blinking an eye because I needed to get my two-year-old home while they changed my tires. Highly recommend.

Called the business and asked if they had used tires to fit my vehicle. The owner said that they did. When I arrived he didnt have the right size. He looked around for about 10 minutes and then said he could get me a price on new tires. I left.

I generally like this place but after my last alignment I had here I noticed problems with the car and took it to my dealer where they said whoever did the alignment forgot to tighten a key Jam bolt and caused wear on my rotors so I had to pay to fix those.Just check the work they do right after they do it because if you call in like me after the diagnosis and fix from my dealer, they will tell you it’s not their fault or problem.

I had a nail in my tire and had to pick up my daughter from school. They stopped what they were doing and I had new tires within an hour. I have bought my last two pairs of tires here. The quality of service and care by the owner is not only amazing, I havent been to any other business that has this type of service. The other time I was here I had to do some errands and they needed more time, the owner tossed the keys to his Mercedes Benz and I was styling in his car. Such amazing service.

Every single time I have been here the owner has been nothing but GREAT! All of my car questions (a lot) always get answered and he always gives me advice so I won’t get fooled at other car places, he’s genuinely a sweet person. This is the place to go, always!

This place is great! The owner is very friendly and quickly discovered a nail in one of my tires was the cause of a leak. Had his staff fix it and did not try to sell me on a new tire. I appreciate their honestly and will keep coming back. I highly recommend this place.
