Had my mind set on a baler snd then saw it in person and realized it wasn’t for me, so Norm said let’s find you a better one! And that’s what we did. Couldn’t have asked for a better salesman!!

Disappointed with recent service on our John Deere lawn tractor. Took it in needing a belt replacement. The tech stripped a bolt attempting to remove the clutch for the belt application. We did not have any problems with the clutch on this machine prior to this. Ended up being required to replace the clutch unit plus the labor costs adding almost another $600 to our charges. Then discovered this morning the belt was not correctly applied and my husband had to redo this so the belt wouldn’t immediately wear through as it was rubbing/wearing on a metal piece. For the charges associated with the requested services, I would expect the service to be completed correctly without damaging other items and increasing the cost to the customer. While very happy with the John Deere product overall, not at all happy with the service situation.

The guys are the parts desk are great. They are always delightful and helpful. They make my several trips there each week pleasurable.

Stood inside waiting in the reception area for service to buy a chainsaw on May 26th 2020 for over half an hour while multiple employees ignored me and walked by, while others stood at the counter making eye contact with me but never assisting but had plenty of time to look at their cell phones while on their shift. Never going back again to your business. Do better next time, RDO.

They had a customer appreciation day Day of Play. They where very helpful for answering questions about their equipment. Since I just had surgery on my arm they took my son on several trackers letting him look and play. If this is how they treat their customers Id recommend them to anyone looking for trackers or lawnmowers!!

They. were closed at the time, but selection would be no problem for a lawn tractor, cab, n snowblower. I like to look n dream. Very good selection.

A beautiful new 20k tractor appeared in my driveway with the keys in it. It wasnt mine. I finally contacted RDO because of the sticker on the tractor. They dropped someones machine off at my house. I was hoping to at least get a new push mower for solving the mishap. Nothing

We walked in and never got a hello or we will be right with you. We wanted to buy a new snow blower and didn’t really care about price. The repairs person was open but stated we needed to wait for a sales person, so we waited. TWO sales associates went and talked to the repair guy and ignored us. It’s super unfortunate that you stereotype a younger group of people to not buy or give a time of day. We won’t EVER refer this place to any friends, and might I add we also do farming. Happy new year.

Only reason I didnt give a 5 star was one reason. I have purchased and serviced tractors here multiple times. I went to buy forks for my tractor. When I arrived Scott was on lunch. He is the one I have worked with in the past. Never once did I leave unhappy. Scott always went the extra mile. So with time being short I asked the other sales person for help. He was playin a game on his phone. When I asked about what forks would cost I never felt more like I was bothering someone. He said what tractor do you have? I told him and he was like what year? When did you buy it? So I said look at when I bought the tractor and he will have everything he needs. He threw some papers around huffed and with that info still was not able to find the forks. Then looks up and says I dont know what to tell ya. I did I said I would come back and talk to scott. I was almost so pissed that I wasnt sure if I was gonna go back or go some place else to make my purchase. Its a good thing RDO has Scott because I did return, and told him what I wanted. He got me a price and made the arrangments personally to get them out of the warehouse. I know he was new to the RDO team at the time, but his way about going was not how one services or helps a customer. I was giving him the benefit of doubt. Its been some time feeling like I was bothering him playin his game on the phone. Thanks for no help new guy, hope you can watch acott and learn something.
