I was looking for an Impreza and stopped by. A used one had just been traded in and I was interested in buying it from them. Gary Chesley made a phone call to see what work might be needing done on it before selling it to someone. He was a straight shooter with me when he got off the phone and said that it might need a lot of work and he just wouldnt feel right selling it to me. The guy didnt try to sell me a lemon but he kept his integrity. A week later a car came in that was the perfect fit for me. The price was fair, the trade-in for my truck was fair, and theyve got a customer for life.

Called to see what was in stock for pre owned with the intention of purchasing a good used car, I was pleased with the service I recieved. Not pushy and easy to work with. The part I liked most was during my purchase I was not shuffled around between different rooms and different people. I worked with Gene Hauser and hes the friendliest fella, you have to ask for him! Also I should add that these guys are very decent on giving you the best trade in price for your vehicle!

So far so good! Very happy with Muscatel today and I want to reward what I view as positive behavior. I called to ask about a repair quote...and they DID IT! They gave me a quote! I go to Muscatel often for my Subaru which is still under warranty but I was calling about another vehicle, feeling frustrated after 2 other shops refused to give me a quote unless I brought it in and they diagnosed it first. As vehicle owners we should not support shops which try to hide behind a lack of transparency to impose higher prices on you. Its NOT OK! So thanks Muscatel for not being jerks!

Bought our vehicle from muscatell. Have had it serviced at muscatell. EVERY TIME the service desk guys are aggravated if you ask questions. I understand being busy or even being behind, but, that is no excuse to be rude to someone who is just picking up there vehicle. Today was the last straw for me. As I walked in to get the keys, the fella held the keys up to hand them to me. He was on the phone, obviously on hold as he was able to converse properly and hold mouthpiece away. When I took my keys, I had a couple questions. Assuming he could answer 2 simple questions (was the oil synthetic or regular and do I owe you) I asked. He hung up the phone and exclaimed that he cant do two things at once. I dont need that. There are plenty of other service places in town.

I buy all my cars there. The staff is honest helpful and friendly. Their cars run great and last forever.

We purchased a preowned car from these guys worth a significant amount.There was agreed upon work that needed to be done and took multiple attempts to come close to satisfactory.After being promised a new key fob, the salesman was MIA for the last 4 MONTHS. No response to texts or return calls for voicemails left.Still no key.Finally went in in person and was told they never recieved our messages and they were sorry.It seems there were never any issues with our messages prior to buying the car. Go figure.Also was told oil change coupons would be sent out after purchase as a thank you. After asking about them today In person (since we could not get anyone on the phone) we were told by management that they don’t do that.Overall the process was straightforward but we never felt like our business was valued or wanted. Seemed like just a game for them. And the same old run around sub standard car dealers are known for.There are too many dealers in our area to waste our business on ones where you are not valued as long term, repeat customers. Will not buy from Muscatell again.
