If you have UPS on your sign you should take a UPS number. Instead they tell you that you will have to go online and fill everything out and make your own label. So now I have to goto the UPS hub and they are only open limited hours. I will be switching to FEDEX from now on. FEDEX/Kinkos has no problem taking a shippers number.

Very friendly and fast-paced, which keeps the line moving, getting you out the door quickly. It’s pretty hot inside is the only downside.

Went to UPS last Thursday to ship my package and i gotta admit, they offer the best services i have seen. The lady at the checking counter was amazing. her name is Julia if i remember it right. She was so polite, helpful and i loved her smile. 10/10 i recommend this place to everyone. 5 stars service.

Problem getting a Package delivered. UPS sent it back to me. Saying incomplete address. But they shipped it half way across the country to the town but shipped it back . I know it was a good address because I Shipped to address before. So I go to Moore ok UPS shipping store and talked to three different people and they wanted me to pay again to ship the package again after admitting it should have been delivered the first time. I was getting quite irritated after the 3rd person. Finally after getting angry, they gave me a number to call. Called and got it straighten out in 5 min and my money refunded . These people at the Moore store Obviously Its not trained to help the customer fix a problem. They are there to take your money. Was reminded by them they are just a franchise.. Their franchise just cost UPS several thousands of dollars from me. I Well be going to fedex from now on

I went to UPS this last Sunday to mail off two large containers of cookies and candies to my Air Force nephews – one in Colorado and one in DC. Ronnie was on duty and assured me he would take care of getting them there safely. Both packages arrived Wednesday with not one cookie broken!!Being retired military myself the importance of receiving a package of cookies which are not crumbs is high on my list. Outstanding job Ronnie!

I’ve used them a few times. The last couple of times they were very confusing with how fast they were rushing through the process to ship, and it was very expensive. This last time I told them I didn’t need it fast or anything special just the basic shipping. It came out to $42 for about a pound package less than the size of a piece of paper. I questioned and said how expensive that seemed. They said it was because it’s still close to holidays (5 January). Then I went home and did an estimate for 2lb package to the same place and the UPS ground rate was $12. The 2 day air rate was the $38+ rate they charged me. Beware that your best interests aren’t on their mind. You may pay too much and they will explain it away.

My wife has repeatedly gotten poor service from and older Caucasian man. He is condescending and rude. Everyone else there is pretty darn great but he really bring the store down and should seek other employment.

Every once in awhile you come across someone in the customer service business that goes above and beyond. The 2 men who helped me today with my amazon returns were amazing. They took the time to call me on my cell phone after I had already left the store to tell me that I only had 1 tracking number and I wouldn’t get reimbursed if we didn’t figure it out. So- I went back in there and they helped me pull up the labels on my phone. Thank you so much. God bless you!

I really liked this location. Its sorta hidden but in a very quaint location. The associates were friendly and was able to help me with my transaction. There was no wait and I suspect it was because I was there during and off time. The UPS Store also offers notary service so you dont need to go to a bank or tag agency to get something notarized. All in all great location great staff and would definitely recommend to use to mail stuff.

What is the point of putting UPSs name in your business name if you do not serve all the functions of UPS. Its like a halfway franchise. If you have a UPS account. They do not recognize it. I do not reccomend this location for any service.

This is literally the best USP store of all time! The guys in here are amazing! I get the best service here! I use to hold my UPS packages here then the service was so great that I got a mailbox here. This is way better than getting packages left an apartment office. I was having issues with my apartment office and not that is no longer a problem because I have an address here. Really great people and great service!

This is my first time reviewing on google, and let me tell you these guys were amazing. It is my second time using this store. The other time they packed and shipped about eight box worth of my sentimental items. All of them made it to my brother safe and secure. They packed it so very well. And today, I ordered 500 cards in the morning (they told me they would do business cards too when i visited them last time) and they had it ready in a couple of hours. I was impressed! Thank you guys for excellent service. i recommend everyone to use this location for packing, shipping and printing requirements. These folks will take care of everything!!

Always a great experience! Employees are friendly and always fast pace. I prefer going here because of the convenience of location and speed of service. They are quicker than any other place I have been so far and I do a lot of shipping.

We are their regular customers. We always get our presentation comb bound with blank cover and dark-hard back cover. for 20-25 copies (10 pages each) they give us handsome deals everytime. Recently they started spiral binding too and just too have so many options is so much better. There guys do their job lightening quick as compared to other stores we had been in the past. 100% service. Quality and Time efficient. The gentleman on front helped me print 287 pages off my phone and mail to chicago in a day. Very reliable, quick, efficient. They even put a plastic bag around my prints to protect from possible rain damage. They go above and beyond to help customer with their jobs. Highly recommended.

Went in to get a couple cards laminated. I called first to make sure that they did this here and the gentleman was very friendly and helpful. So I went in and only waited a couple of minutes for them to help the person there before me and they got right on my cards. They did a great job, were friendly, quick, and made the experience a great one. Will go back for my shipping or office needs.

I was grossly overcharged at this store. I shipped a package in October and was charged $86.00, not even overnight shipping. I had to ship the same exact shipment today, and I used a Staples UPS drop and ship, and I only paid $13.00. Buyer, beware.

We do a lot of shipping using UPS and it is more convenient for us to drop off our packages at the Moore location. We sometime do utilize their print service because of the great rates. The two gentleman is always helpful and seem to enjoy their job.

I have been using them for all my print services. They made banner for football team i coach, they made business cards for me. I do like 1000 color copies every month or so and they give me the best deal in market. I spend 60% less on their store than their competitors.

When I ship UPS, I drive to this location instead of the store in Norman. the staff is courteous, efficient and friendly enough as well. Ive never been given the hard sell to purchase crushproof shipping boxes, or unnecessary insurance.I ship only a couple of times a year and they have been my go-to UPS store for eight, maybe 10 years. Good staff, good people here.

Printed a canvas picture from my phone. I thought it would bring down the resolution because you know how the phone zoom ins create pixelated images but they printed 30 by 30 canvas for me and the resolution was too good. And for the same price it was all stretched and mounted on a woodden frame. I mean that was the best gift for my anniversary to my wife. I didnt even have to purchase extra frame or mount. And they got it done in a day. Good job. Will be back for more in future

Very friendly clerk. I just had an amazon drop off package about 20 pounds and it was not taped well. I was worried if they would not accept my package because amazon policy requires me to seal the package. Anyway, the gentleman on the counter explained it was not safe but he could tape it up for a dollar. It was a 70 dollar worth item and i am glad he taped it up with big fat tape gun. I had my two refunds cancelled earlier just because it was not sealed properly and they said they lost the package. God bless this gentleman

Where do I start, I first met josh and then I met dev and ranish. The owner of the shop should be very proud of these guys. They took care of my sister Annah’s extra large shipments, most of which had to be individually wrapped - a total of 12 shipments going to Alabama. We were impressed by their professionalism, by their kindness and just down to earth attitude. They were not shocked and were kind enough to patiently help us. I would ask anyone shipping ups in OKC area to use this site in 2119 riverwalk drive.
