Fort Thunder Harley-Davidson was a life saver for me. After having planned and started my cross-country trip from Texas to New York I ran into a problem right off the rip. One of the pipes I had just got for my motorcycle had cracked and then flew off my bike as I was riding on the highway. Once I pulled over, I got off my bike, checked my pipes and sure enough, my top exhaust pipe was completely gone and the other one had a crack in it too. I then had to decided what I could do. Not wanting to wait longer than I had to, I decided to get on my bike and ride to Fort Thunder Harley-Davidson since it was the closest motorcycle shop to my location. After telling them my story and finding out that my bike was toast, they were more than supportive in helping me find a solution to my problem. I called my fiancée right away to let her know what was going on and as if things were not already exciting enough, she told me that she was pregnant, and we were going to have a baby. Now unsure about purchasing a bike, Noah, one of the sales associates at For Thunder Harley-Davidson, assured me everything would be alright and that they would be able to take care of me. Needless to say, by the time Fort Thunder closed, I had a great deal on a new bike, a new baby, and one hell of a story to tell. To this day the bike I had purchased from Fort Thunder has worked flawlessly and I’ve been very grateful to them and Noah for helping me out. Thank you guys again and I can’t wait to stop on by next time I’m in town!

Fort Thunder was the best and easiest experience with buying a motorcycle or any vehicle I have ever had. I first talked to Kevin about the bike I was looking at prior to driving an hour and a half to see it in person. Kevin was spot on about the condition and price. My first impression of Fort Thunder was how everyone greeted you as you walked in. The second was how clean and well laid out the dealership was. After showing me the bike, Kevin gave me a tour of everything and introduced me to everyone from service to parts to clothing. Tammy in parts and accessories was the most knowledgeable person I have ever talked to about motorcycles. She wanted to look and talk about the bike I purchased, showing me everything. She never tried to sell me anything, she thought me about my bike. Kevin introduced me to the managers that never pushed me or Kevin for a sale. Finance started out not having a payment I wanted but within minutes made the payment I wanted to be at happen. When I done, the entire staff of Fort Thunder took part in ringing the bell and congratulated me on my purchase. My bike was not ready to ride home but I knew that right off the bat. Kevin told me that the would deliver the bike to my house as soon as it was completed. Fort Thunder is an hour and a half away.Great experience

Everyone here is super cool and super friendly. I just bought an older HD, and the service guy (I think his name was Brandon) was super cool about checking it out and letting me know what upgrades would be good for it and giving me some more info on my bike. If you are looking to get a bike, talk to the sales staff and they can find what youre looking for. They did find an anniversary bike for me, one that I had been looking for, but I really liked the one I just bought, but great selection of bikes to choose from and again, everyone there is super cool. Very good experience. Got my 2012 Fat Boy right in for 10,000 mile service. I killed about 45 minutes in the showroom (bikes and apparel) and the folks were friendly and absolutely no pressure to buy or try to talk me into trading in or anything.They found a small gasoline leak and fixed that as part of the inspection.He walked out to my bike when I was leaving (which surprised me, instead of just handing me the keys and saying see ya) to give me quotes on tires and brakes, and when i should be thinking about replacing - ALSO, NO PRESSURE. Plus, this is my first Harley, and first bike in 30 years, but I never felt talked down to or anything like that, even if my questions were basic.So, I would definitely recommend them.Also the bike was cleaned up nicely.

Bought a used bike two months ago tomorrow. Fair price. Unfortunately, Fort Thunder sold a bike that didnt belong to them. Still waiting on a title. I am sure it will come soon, but a terribly poor way of doing business. Selling something that doesnt belong to you is against the law!

Found a nail in my tire. And guess what theres a tire shortage. Parts located a rear tire for my 2020 street glide on Wednesday and had it shipped in. Tire came in on Friday and I had my bike back Saturday morning. Super happy. Thanks Tammy and Joe.

Broke down about 5 miles from Ft Thunder. Called, they were there in no time and loaded me up. I was worried being 4 hours from home but they got it on a lift, diagnosed and fixed my issue within a couple of hours. Super great folks there, highly recommend them.

Nick the salesman was awesome. Noland was awesome in finance. But I will never spend another penny or dollar there. I hate hidden surprises. Still some explanations need answered Ill leave at that one person ruined an awesome afternoon. I thought I could ride the new bike home but because they are picking up my two bikes I traded in at my house because they didnt have them at dealership so they deliver mine the new one and pick up trade ins. Kinda angered me in a raw way paper work done they have titles to trade inside made me feel like I was untrustworthy.

I was told that the extended warranty included free lifetime battery. I was not told that it was an additional $40/month charge on top of the warranty fee. John done well at clarifying and said I could come in and have the charge taken off of the backside of the loan.

Nik was my Salesman and his product knowledge, and the Harley Davidson brand are superior. He answered my questions, I originally came in to look at a 2021 HD Road Glide and I saw the 2019 HD Softail Deluxe and really liked it. We made a deal and now it is mine! Ft Thunder met and or exceeded all my expectations and I will do business here again.

Every time I walk in the doors I am greeted like I am a member of the family. Everyone is helpful no matter what I am there for. I have witnessed everyone walking someone to the department they need and they make sure they are taken care of. I cant pick a favorite person because everyone is friendly, helpful and treats me as a member of the Fort Thunder family!

After a lengthy wait on back-ordered parts from the Motor Company, Joseph got my bike in and the warranty repairs taken care of very quickly. The service department is a 180 from where it was before the current GM took control of the dealership.

I was on a 3 week bike trip to the western states and the 25K service came due. I talked with Justin in service on a Wednesday and set up an appointment for the following Monday. I covered more miles than I thought I would and arrived in Moore about noontime Saturday. I gave Fort Thunder a call and asked if they could fit me in that afternoon. They said sure, come on down! Andrew was the tech and I feel he did a great job, had me rolling again in about 5 hours. All in all it was a great service experience, from the greetings I got from most everyone when I arrived at the dealership, thru the service write up and the service itself. Justin kept me informed of the progress of the work. I’m very happy with the service and the work performed. The fact that they took a traveler in off the road at the last moment to perform a major service speaks volumes about their customer service.The reason for only 3 stars is because the cost was hideously expensive, even by Harley standards.

When I finally decided to bu a Freewheeler I was going to purchase the floor model but I mentioned to John I would rather have the flat silver denim. John found me one and made me a good deal on it. I love my trike!

Very unhappy with the service. The mechanics told us that the bike was on the lift on Tuesday but come to find out once we went to the shop they haven’t even put the bike on the lift. If you are going to run a business at least don’t lie to your customers!

Bought a bike here recently and the way the VIP coverage was explained it was very appealing, like show up needing any work done and you get moved to the front of the line and it covering 10k mile service and a few other things. After trying to use it twice and being told to schedule it for simple 10 minute jobs I realized the VIP plan is trash. Tried cancelling it for a refund and it cant be canceled, so youll be buying something thats non honorable and cant be canceled. Save your money, dont buy the VIP trash. We will never spend one cent in this dealership again. We are buying a trike soon and guarantee it wont be from here. Enjoy the money you made off of one deal with me. Only reason for a 2 star is Harry in sales is cool and I believe his name is Joe in service is cool, Joe helped us once and of course PopsEdit: The speaker was blown when we got the bike, seems it couldve been handled alot better than it was. Guess from your stand point you had my money already and thats what matters. We were told VIP moved you to the front of the line for everything, my bad for not reading the fine print and trusting people.

After opting out 12 times and making several phone calls, I cant get their marketing emails to stop! I love the store. my credit wasnt very good so the prices they offered was over my limit but they have some awesome bikes great staff and even gear. harley bike night was pretty awesome even though we got some unexpected rain. mom and nephew had a blast.

Let me first start off by saying I went in to get a hat. Nik(one legged man, he gave me approval to mention this) just said hi. I responded with I’m not looking to buy. He stated he’s perfectly fine with that and he just wanted to welcome me in. I glanced at their used inventory and fell in love with a bike and nik came back around. I have traded at the Fort for parts and supplies for about the last three years, then last year I bought an 18 Ultra Classic from them, its been in the shop twice for repairs made under warranty, both times they got me in and got me taken care of in a timely fashion. Great service department, and Tammy back at the parts counter really knows her business, shes always taken good care of me. I have traded at other HD dealerships, but I have always considered Fort Thunder to be my go to dealer for parts and service. Keep up the good work guys.

I havent been here in a few years, came in and it was significantly better than when I came in before. Noah, my salesman, was really great!! Noah helped me pick out a 2010 Dyna Wide-Glide and I love it! -update-(SEE PIC) Someone backed a trailer into my front fender. Harley refuses to refund me after sending a new CVO color fender that isnt the right color and they will not release the paint code for. Three 20 yr professionals say its the wrong mid coat and not the same color at all. The said the decision has been made and that this was painted to spec-update- I called back for a payoff for the interest on the interest at card member services and Deanna answerd the phone this time. She was able to completely handle the situation and make it right as if it never existed! Ive had a back and forth mixed bag experience with Harley but this one was pleasant and she made everything right. Make sure to ask for a supervisor when dealing with the Visa card member services if someone seems to not be willing.-update regarding Visa card 4.5.21-Worst credit card experience Ive ever had. I wasnt able to figure out how to make my payments properly due to the confusion in the dealership after purchasing a Street glide CVO and placing some of the balance on this credit card. The payment was processed one day late for the final balance after the 12-month cycle of interest free so they charged me all of the interest at over 22%. They also lowered my credit limit for no reason in the middle of making payments just fine and harmed my credit score. When I called in theres absolutely nothing they can do about it and theyre charging me the full interest never use a credit card from Harley ever!-update-Would not budge on undisclosed damaged. Offered to buy bike back at 8K less a few days later as only option.Paying top dollar for less than top dollar situation with bad attitudes. Even claimed I might have made the damage as if to tell me I had no proof.I understand there might be a transition in management but no help for my situation.Felt like I was an inconvenience that they made tens of thousands off of.-original post-They will not budge on price but seem to be taking good care of the deal so far making sure the bike is right.

There has never been a time that I have not received excellent customer service in any department. Everyone has always answered my questions or directed me to someone who could. From sales, to service, to parts, this is by far the best Ft. Thunder has ever had.

I had my bike quit on the side of the road north of Ardmore. I called the dealer in Oklahoma City and they promptly told me they didn’t have time to mess with me. Several people stopped to check on us while we waited five hours on the guy they recommend. One of them asked where we were taking the bike. I told them it was going to the dealership in Oklahoma City and they told me about Port Thunder. When I called them they said if I could get it there before closing, they would look at it. The driver finally showed up he got us there 15 minutes before closing. They rolled my bike in the shop and started working on it. It was two hours after closing by the time we were ready to get back in the road. Nowhere in recent memory have I been treated so well by any business. Anyone within a hundred miles of that dealership needs to use them instead of the dealership in Oklahoma City that didn’t have time for a broke down traveler. I haven’t sent an email to corporate yet but it’s forthcoming. Thanks again.

If i could give no star i would i purchased my bike from here online and when i went to pick it up bike was all apart fixing a electrical problem witch is understandable well a year later im having problems with turn signal fuse blowing so i tore my bike down only to find when they put it back together they left all the wiring loose and pinched the wiring harness in between the inner and outer they left 6 screws missing out as well i would not recommend letting them work on nothing they are scan less fort thunder you will never see a penny of my money again and i will always talk bad about your service

It was a awesome experience, showed me different bikes, showed me around the store, even got to meet the Purdy girls that work there, that was the best part. Then we choose a Heritage, and sat down with the finance guru there, I was a bit confused at first but everything was explained and I couldnt ask for better service. It was my first time in Fort Thunder Harley and they made me feel as if I was one of their daily customers. Which I will be in the future, I live in Edmond but its worth driving a bit further and go to where Im more comfortable at than to save money. Their prices i noticed were lower than Harley World and Iron Nation, so its common sense for me to drive further and save money than to just hit any old harley place. I will recommend to friends to go to Fort Thunder cause they most likely will save more money than they thought.

WOW talk about knowledge. Nik is probably the best sales rep they have. He not only can read a customer he truly understands the Harley Davidson bikes and parts. Speaking to a gearhead instead of a sales rep is more informative and he makes you think about things you probably didnt even think about before you talked. Was wanting to have them do a 5k service and install my Thundermax tuner I got directly from Thundermax. Was told that I can have the 5k service done, but they cannot install Thundermax that hasn’t been purchased from them due to “company policy”.

No inventory on electric bike or Pan American. Wasted trip

We bought a 19’ Street Glide and it was the best experience. There were a couple of people that helped us but we can’t remember their names unfortunately. Shon was our sales guy and he went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the bike we were happiest with and he was not pushy at all. Bryan in finance went above and beyond as well getting us a mo they payment that we were happy with. The apparel lady was extremely helpful and knowledgeable at helping me find the perfect helmet. The parts lady was amazing as well. Everyone we encountered here was super friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a Harley.

I called for the 5k service. They were able to get me in the same day. I also asked last minute to upgraded spark plugs and they accommodated and got me finished within a few hours. I was back out and riding that same day. Joe and Mike awe awesome in service. They are very patient with me and take time to make sure all my questions were answered and I understand what is going on.

Great family to belong!!! They All greet me at the door! Very genuine people from John -the GM to his wife Ashli — all social events and just a great environment to hangout.On this last purchase Justin listened to what I was saying and with the salesman Jake they got me on the right bike. Noland was great in finance—more money than I wanted to spend but wonderful experience at this dealership.

Great Experience! Great Harley Davidson dealership with first class mangers. Kim in the clothing department is very knowledgeable with helmets, jackets, and Sena Communication devices. Ashleigh does a great job with events and this Christmas with the Grinch was too cool and I can’t wait to see what’s next. The parts department is extremely helpful and Nathan is one of those mangers that is a go getter.
