My son decided he wanted an ice cream cake for his birthday so I did a search for places in and around our area to pick up one and found BR.They had a great selection of different types of cakes (birthday, holiday, seasonal, etc.). I was given an opportunity through their website to further customize my sons cake with his name, the flavor, color of icing, the size of course, whether or not I wanted to add candles to the order. Just a great amount of options to make my sons cake exactly what he wanted.I called to ensure it was ready before picking it up, which it was, and that was even incredibly simple. I just walked inside to the counter, gave my name and explained I was there to pick up a cake. I had the receipt on my phone to show them just in case they asked.The individual went to the back of the store to the area with the freezer door. Inside the huge freezer room, they located our cake, brought it to the front, asked if I needed anything further then thanked me and wished me a great day.That was it. It was quick, simple, very tailored to what I had wanted and super super easy. Will likely be purchasing more ice cream cakes from them for other reasons.Great job, B&R!

Walked inside due to a long drive-thru line. Had a brief wait but the lady at the counter was super cheerful and kind. Got some donuts and the iced caramel craze which is delicious. Great experience all around especially due to the customer service!

The lady that was working by the ice cream counter on Friday night 6/14/2019 around 10:30 pm was the best. Friendly, polite and most of all patient; she provided samples of the ice cream we wanted to try and answered all the goofy questions we had.Nice work lady!

Overall, good food and quick. I did have an issue with my order being correct though and didnt check till I was home. I asked for no cheese and they lady did repeat it I think. (it was hard to hear with her mask and divider). I will still continue to spend money here even with the error.

This location was out of alot of flavors. They did not have any of the 4 flavors I picked. I had a gift card through T-Mobile that expired today so instead of losing it I just settled for something I really didnt want. Very unfortunate because I like Baskin-Robbins. Hopefully when I decide to go back they have a much better selection.

We took my little cousin for a treat and we were enjoying our ice cream and we Saw 3 roaches we left so fast and plan on never coming back So nasty

Ice cream was good but was out of a lot of things. Wanted waffle cones and instead of asking if we wanted to wait for one as they were making them anyways we got told they were out and the lady behind us got 2 fresh ones smh.

Ive been here multiple times in the last month. Ive never actually gotten ice because we are actually craving the waffle cones. Its 3:38 pm -came a little earlier after a funeral- NO WAFFLE CONES. They make a limited amount and just dont care to make more. I saw three people drive out of their line. Get it together.

I love ice cream and coffee and they have great stuff, but nothing beats Braums. Sorry. Also the treatzza pizza was okay. We got one for my daughters birthday and she didnt like it as much as she thought. The cookie underneath was really gooey and too soft even while being frozen.

Really disappointed in how poorly supplied of this Baskin Robbins. Granted I understand that due to some limitations in shipping with the current status of the pandemic, that being said I feel that more could of been done to have certain condiments for ice cream.Myself and some family decided to make a stop and during our visit we found that this location had nearly ran out of all their staple condiments for sundays. No hot fudge, no strawberries, no chocolate syrup, no butterscotch topping, no cherries. Now having working in an industry such as Baskin Robbins, I know that when a store has run out our did not have a certain item that managers would call other stores to try and fill the gap until another shipping day.Please do a bit more to ensure your customers have a more pleasant experience when coming to your establishment.

The pistachio almond is by far my most favorite ice cream! You can make any ice cream into a malt also. Super fun place to stop! Yummy!

There was a situation where my online order hadnt gone through properly so my cake wasnt ready. I will not say what was done for me because I dont want people to abuse the kindness, but they more than made up for this simple mistake. If I wasnt a diabetic, I would be a constant customer. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

The ice cream was great, but I had trouble eating my waffle cone. The lady who made my double scoop broke my cone all the way down the side, so I had to hold it together while I ate. I got through it, though!

This was my first time visit to Baskin/Dunkin Donuts.and I was impressed! The 2 for $5 breakfast sandwiches were very tasty. The dark roast coffee will definitely be a repeat.

First time eating at one and I dont really see what all the fuss is about, they might have had 20 flavors and not very good ones either. The customer service could definitely use an upgrade as well.

I have been to this location 3 times so far and each time there have been problems. The first time I went a couple of weeks ago, I asked for an item and the girl said they were out but then talked to someone and all of sudden they had it again.I went twice today. The first time today, I ordered 2 of the fresh-packed and a milkshake, all chocolate chip. The girl told me she would have the total at the window. I pull around and she (I dont know her name but shes a young mixed girl with brown hair in a bun) tells me the total and its off by a lot. So I asked her to read off to me what she got. For whatever reason, she got a quart size container and the milkshake in mint chocolate chip.When I went back the second time today, things werent any better. I ordered 2 single scoop waffle cones. One chocolate chip cookie dough and the other mint chocolate chip. I pull around to the window and the lady (older lady, maybe in 40s, short blonde bob) gets the cookie dough right but gives me some other flavor clearly not mint. I honestly dont know how either of them messed up that badly. I was ordering for a customer both times and reading directly from my phone. I then asked if they had any togo containers. The mixed girl gives me these tiny bowls but something is better than nothing. I spoke with a 3rd girl (young w/ brown hair, large brown eyes, cat eyeliner) about the mint chocolate chip mess-up. She comes back with the ice cream in a container. I asked her if she could put it in a waffle cone and she says We dont have them anymore. I just said okay and left. This location is so poorly run and I would advise STAY OUT OF THE DRIVE THRU!

I would give it 5 stars but the service is slow & they rarely carry Gold Medal Ribbon ice cream. Along with the very chewy & stale waffle cones.. yep it is a 3 star.

Food, coffee and ice cream are good but the service here is terrible. Some of the most unfriendly employees. No one wants to eat somewhere they feel they are an annoyance or a burden.

Cooked the honey mustard down on two of our sandwiches, hair in a third, and a grilled cheese sandwich that had cheese that was not melted at all. The tables we filthy and it took over twenty minutes to get us our meal which was cold when it was delivered. Then ice cream was ok but stay away from the food.

Ice cream is as delicious as it was as a kid! Staff was friendly. Dunkin side seemed to be pretty busy on a chilly day, but Baskin Robbins still had some folks getting ice cream!

The people working the drive through have the etiquette and manners of an angry old man. Why are the people here so rude? Our order has been wrong every time we go and then they act like its our fault that they messed up our very simple order. Go elsewhere.

Line was long and service was a little slow ...cones were on the stale side . They didn’t have nutty coconut or chocolate mousse or chocolate fudge or regular coconut, al reasons bc Braun’s doesn’t carry those flavors. I mean it wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t great. The waffle cone fell apart . Maybe it’s just growing pains but I’m afraid I won’t be back. The best thing about it was the guy who checked us out, super friendly and efficient and I really liked that dude.

The worst custmer services every all we got was ice cream cakes they dont except baskin robbins coupon kerry the manger was so rude i will never go back there the cake tasted old the health department need to vist them for serving old stale food .

The staff is very disorganized arguing amung each other about who was going to do what while we stood in line for 5 min. Store was full and the line in the drive thru was bearly moving. When we tried to purchase a water the cashier didnt know how much it was so she called over what I think was the manager and he didnt know either so he just gave us a cup of water.

What a very discombobulated group of employees. I wanted to make it work, but it just did not. No waffle cones, with the top dipped in chocolate, then covered in sprinkles? No waffle anything? None. I give myself 2 stars for bad timing.

New store, sharing space with Dunkin donuts, lots of parking, they have a drive thru, enter drive thru on right side of building.

Very disappointed with my visit today you guys are the only ones that carry my favorite ice cream the chocolate peanut butter and I asked for a triple scoop in a cup and it didnt even go to the top of the cup and then I look down on the sides and it might be a double scoop but not a triple and I think I shouldve got what I ordered especially with the price.
