If you are looking for new hearing aids, at least give Tracy In Moore an opportunity to help you. I’ve had great experience and love the way I hear now. My hearing aids are so comfortable I started to get into my shower before I realized I was still wearing them. I have experienced no wind noise when outside training my dogs or hearing nothing but an air conditioner blowing in the car. I am extremely happy with the Hearing Group.

I was dreading going to have my hearing checked. This place made me feel at home and completely relaxed. Almost fun. Found out I needed hearing aids and got to “test drive” a pair that day. Went a year ago for a check up, knew I needed help with my hearing. Tracy did all the tests, sent me home a week with some trial ears. Worked wonderful. Decided to wait to buy. What a Difference my new hearing aid makes in my life!! I can hear better with the new hearing aid we got from HG in Moore this week than I can ever remember.I have been having problems with my hearing since 2000, and my new one is the third one I have tried. My most recent one (from Hear Again) just was not working-I was missing out on family conversations, my grandchildren (and especially my wife) would say things to me that I did not hear. Even with my hearing aid I had to have the TV set loud, and if there was any background noise, forget trying to hear anything.At Hearing Group in Moore, Tracy Anderson gave met the most through hearing examination that I have had since my original examination (which was done by one of the audiologists who developed the Cochlear Implant), and then using demonstration hearing aids programed based on my exam showed me what my hearing experience could be like if I got new hearing aids.What a difference!! I was hearing better than I have since the 1990s, plus my smart phone with sync with my hearing aid, make telephone conversations a pleasure again! BIG PLUS-the bonnet shapes on my new hearing aids fit nice and snug, and I am do not have been worried about one coming out of my ear and loosing it!! I took my 98 year old mother in for her retest and cleaning of her hearing aids last week. Tracy reprogrammed her hearing aids to meet the changes that had occurred and she hears so much better now. This is Diane Isam - I had a very helpful visit yesterday (8/20/18) with my annual hearing test and Im even trying out some new hearing aids for a week. Tracy was very helpful and took the time to educate me on dealing with ear wax build up and cleaned my ears out (not my favorite thing to do). Pam was very helpful and supportive.

My hearing aids are sounding great. I can hear on my cellphone again! Anytime I need to come in, I just pick up the phone and call. They always get me in for an appointment quickly.

I have single-sided deafness and as a result it takes lots of adjustments and then test periods. I have been doing this for over a year with Janet and it is really paying off.

My hubby now can join in family conversations without having to repeat every other sentence now. And I can listen to the tv without it blaring. His new aid has a remote control that has several different programs and sound levels. He can bump up the volume and really enjoys public events now.
