3rd or 4th time to this location only because it’s conveniently located for me. Will never go back. They are pushy AF! Guys in MWC aren’t as bad.

I do my research online before I go in.. I really do not know why this Moore and Edmond location are the same. You cannot even get 2 steps in the door without an employee ATTACKING you on why you are there. I went in today and said I was there for protein powder and I am going to look around.. Every single time I have been in (3 times) they try to talk me out of what I am there for and sell me something else. I have severe anxiety and them all in my face is too much. LET ME SHOP IN PEACE! BACK OFF.. THey keep saying this is what I use, this is what I am use.. Well you are MALE. .I am female.. I also do not weight lift or work out.. I am just there for general health. This place is too pushy. I went in for a specific product.. I was literally talked out of it.. Pushed some other product on me.. I felt FORCED to buy it.. I took it back and had to justify to the Edmond store why I was there.. They said.. Why are you at this store.. What were you doing in Moore. Uh excuse me? They continued to be pushy and try to down talk the product (Alani Nu) that I said I wanted. Telling me how I will feel nothing, there is no caffeine, no tingly feeling.. Yall.. Stay away from GNC.

Trash car salesman approach to push specific products. Kept pushing some BCAA LOL. I of course declined but they wasted 15 min of my time, i’m just going to order online from now on. Only go to the store if you are in need of something immediately and get ready to block out the noise from the employees.

Had an issue with the manager but Cody helped me out, explained & educate, and showed empathy.

Josh Dent and the team at GNC are fantastic. They listened to my needs, asked me what my goals were and spent time with me on what products were right for me. I wasn’t expecting that type of customer service when I went in today. 10/10 would recommend

I like this GNC store. Javier was very helpful and knowledgeable about muscle building, preworkouts, and proteins. Some items are a little pricey but they produce results. I will be back to restock my supplements and protein.

Small place, but has all the basics youd want it to. Personally, after going to their brick and mortar, Id rather stay at home and buy their stuff off amazon. I just dont see the point in having a GNC physical store anymore. But the staff was friendly, so its not like I had a bad experience there.

Drove from tuttle to purchase a item. Arrived at 5:50 10 minutes before their posted closing time and the lazy employee had already closed down the register and pretty much said I was out of luck.

So I normally dont ever even step foot into a GNC due to previous bad customer service experiences... today I was in dire need of a C4 single and GNC was close so I thought why not.. see if I can change my mind about this company. But that didnt happen. When I walked up to open the door they were closed and it wasnt even 8 oclock which is suppose to be the time they close. By the time I was quickly back into my car I saw the worker was already done counting his money drawer. Sooo, that says he closed way earlier. I guess he figured maybe no one had walked in in the past 20 mins or so, so maybe Ill lock the doors early and be lucky. But you werent. Bad customer service once again. If youre business hours are posted on your doors and you close before that, expect people to be upset. I get it- you want to go home, but I also wanted to change my mind about GNC.

They sold me 2 protein powder as a limited promotion plan. But charge me for 3 protein powder. I went there couple times and asked the for my money (I still have the receipt), but they told me sorry you have to contact the company headquarter. I gave up after many unsuccessful call.I switched to another company instead of GNC (Their protein powders are more like sugar powder)Never recommend this place!

Small place. Gnc employees always act like car salesman. Got what i needed though.

Worst GNC in the metro, all I get on the phone is uh-hu, naaa, and I dont know, who ever hired the guy I talked to on 12/26 at 1p.m. Should be aware that this guy is not helping your sales at all and diving customers away. If you dont like the job go find something you can tolerate doing because your not helping anyone by working at this gnc.

The sales person had no knowledge of ANYTHING. I even cracked a joke about it and he didnt like it lol.
