The deli crew is awesome. I was also impressed with the manager of the deli department. She handled my frustration quite well. Very professional the whole staff showed excellent customer service that’s why I keep going back to do my shopping.

Today Tonya (Tanya? Sorry didn’t catch the spelling) helped us out when we were rushing to get ready for a birthday party. Even after the bakery was no longer accepting orders for the following day she came over to help us put together a cake package AND went in the back to double-check a pack was available even though she thought it wasn’t, she still checked and sure enough found one. She made us a beautiful cake that was exactly how we wanted, on the spot, at the last minute when she could have easily shrugged us off and said “not my problem”. She chose to go above and beyond. Hopefully her extra effort is acknowledged because this is exactly the service that will keep our family coming back to Crest over Walmart. She is so appreciated!

Employees I spoke with were all friendly . But the lack of gluten free options for a “larger “ chain is sad. I would think they’d carry a few more options. Could not find any gluten free salad dressings . Very disappointing.

Looking for couple of items to make fajitas. Onions and sour cream. Watermelons were by the door mighty tempting, could not resist. Even the Lady who was disinfecting the shopping carts helped me. Thank you for the special attention. I walk with a cane. Sometimes need some help.

The staff at this establishment are extraordinary!! I came in with a WIC card to get the 8 cans of formula I was promised and for some reason WIC only paid for 7 and I didnt have the money for the last one a d it wouldnt let her cancell it so the bagger named Aurora outstood everyone and helped me even when I insisted she didnt this girl deserves a raise she is definitely a godsend!! I have called customer service to have her get a raise. Hopefully management will give her her deserved raise to influence other employees to stand out as much as this young lady!!

We are from Central Texas. This was our first time to shop at Crest. We were not only greeted when we came through the door, but every employee we passed or came in to contact with! I was raised in a family owned grocery store and it was a pleasure to see this type of atmosphere and customer appreciation still being practiced. The store was exceptionally clean and well organized.

I love this store. Everyday they have sales and prices are very affordable. They have very good meat and produce. Clean store and friendly employees.

Well there she be folks. I like shopping at crest. Staff are friendly and the baggers carry my groceries out On the weekend the parking lot stays pretty full. Several specials throughout the store. Bathrooms are clean. Parking lot has several handicap places to park. Floors are clean and I can always find someone to help me find what I need.

Every time I come here most (not all, there are some genuinely kind people here) of the employees are rude and will downright ignore direct questions as if I am not there. I say have a good day or thank you and I get blank stares. Its awkward and unprofessional and honestly I try to use the self checkout as much as possible. Ive mentioned this to friends and acquaintances when it has come up in conversation and theyve had similar experiences with the same staff.

10x better than Wally World Grocery and the staff is always happy and helpful.

Great prices, excellent meats, and produce. This is a locally owned down home supermarket with amazingly friendly employees. The place is huge and immaculate. I have literally never had a bad experience here. Every week I get friendly greetings -- even the stockers are friendly! -- and the best in groceries at very decent prices. Highly recommended.

I shouldn’t have even gave it 1 star. Over and over I pay s lot of money for hamburger meat. I spent $16 on 2 pkgs if hamburger meat, brought them home and straight to the freezer. I just opened one to cook it and all inside I’d brown, and it smelled terrible. I got the other one to cook now and if it’s brown inside I’m taking my receipt and getting my money back. They used to have good meat, idk if they got a new person working in the meat dept or what but I’m never buying it there again. This has been going on for about 6 months and other women have been saying the same thing. They need to clean up their act in the meat dept. I have paid $10 for a pound of meat more than once and it’s the same old way, this was the last straw.

Very clean and always a great experience. Great selection of everyday grocery needs. Produce is the best around. Deals are a great plus when you can find them. Standing in line never takes more than five minutes here. Parking lot seems a little outdated and could be redone to improve overall look in the front of the store. If parking lot was updated 5 out of 5 stars would be given.

Crest is always such a nice place to shop. Everyone is usually always helpful and happy. I know were pretty much everything is most usually. And I can get in and out quick.

Ive been going to this place for over 10 years and even worked here when I was a small lad. Its much nicer than the Walmart shops in the area. My only complaint would be the lack of open registers.

Great prices, but older employees are racist, younger ones are polite and professional. Blacks are treated like outsider and barely greeted at times. But prices and deals are great. Younger generations of employees are outgoing and open minded to differences of cultures.

My favorite place to shop. Its like a box of chocolates. You never know what youre going to get( on sale). The workers are nice, friendly and very helpful.

This is nice and clean plus the employees are so friendly. One of the only places I know that still has carryout for customers as well. Prices are competitive with other grocery stores.

A great place to shop prices are as good or better than any place in town. Very clean and nice employees. They have everything that you could want the selection is great. I shop there two to three times a week the only thing I have noticed is sometimes they dont have enough cashiers and on their very best sale items theyre slow to restock. Also watch the too-good-to-be-true sale items sometimes they only have a few days left before expiring.

First impression is the outside. Very clean, the employees are super nice. And the inside was tidy. Im a regular customer. They even have the fish broth Ive been looking for.

Have what you need. Evenings and weekends too many kids work there that are only interested in getting pay check. Also should not be allowed to have cell phone on their person while working. To much of a play thing if not busy. Should be standing there cleaning or waiting for Customer not on phone.

Nice and clean store. Sections and products are very organized with very good deals. The employees are very nice and have patience to deal with customers when it comes to cooking experience. The only negative about this location is,, they keep on moving stuff around too often.. especially the daily foods...

I especially love the produce section here. Ive often found better quality fruit and vegetables here than anywhere else. Im also impressed by this stores responsiveness to requests. I once said, I wish you had... And they were offering it the next time I went there.

Very efficiently organized. Very clean. The staff was very friendly. I found everything I needed in record time. I did not have to wait at the registers because they had people there to work today. I appreciate that. The prices were excellent and I think they beat the major competitor down the street

I do the vast majority of my shopping here at Crest. It is very competitive as far as price and when there is a NICKS PICKS item then the prices cant be beat anywhere. Friendly staff and check out is always quick and easy because they open up lanes if people are waiting!In my opinion Crest in Moore cant be beat!

Excellent place to buy your groceries!! Huge selection and very clean store. Also, prices on most items are the same or lower then Wal-Mart. I shop here twice to three times a week.

This is where I buy most of my groceries. They have great prices in general and then great sales. Their bulk products are great and their produce and meat products are pretty good. Their regular chicken breasts are not the best but they are okay. Multiple prices are cheaper than Walmart.

Great prices and decent variety! They are open 24 hours making it extremely convenient! A little customer service improvement would move them to 5 Stars!!

Crest is the best! Such a large selection of food, beverage, and snack items, bigger and better selection then the local competitors. The prices are very hard to beat also, everyday low prices plus there sell prices they have all the time on various items.

I love my local Crest in Moore! The employees are always polite and friendly. I know where everything is and it has that small community feel that other stores lack.

Love crest. Awesome meat and it’s usually not to crowded. Somethings are more expensive but it’s not to bad. Mainly a couple pennies. Coherent yes are cheaper here too. That’s the main reason I go.Watch the lady by self check out close, she thinks you’re trying to steal stuff. Poked around our bags at least 3 times today.Side note: they clean self checkout with vinegar so it smells horrible.

Standard grocery store. Carries your typical brands, but does not really carry higher end brands or healthier brands (gluten and dairy free options, less common veggies, etc). Other crests do carry these types of food/brands so shop around. Employees are always very friendly and helpful.

Not completely stocked today but overall I purchased 90% of list. Sackers need to be trained on what they mix on bags a little better and to not make them so heavy. Even when you ask.

I frequent this location for meat markdowns, bakery reductions, the clearance buggies, and the produce; among other things. Who doesnt like Nicks Picks?!! From management to baggers, this store works together as a team and always shows respect for the individual. Keep up the good work Crest Team!

Paid $8 for chicken strips that were supposed to be hot and ready to eat. They were cold. Had to warm them up in the oven for 20 minutes.

CREST IS THE BEST. Only grocery store I shop at. I live in moore and i would have to say the best Crest to shop at is on n. Eastern in moore. They always bend over backwards to help the customers. A few of them even go beyond their duties to help their customers.

I recently ordered a cake from the bakery for a coworker that is moving out of town. We thought it would be funny to have a simple cake with the word QUITTER on it. When the cake was picked up the word quitter was written in the middle of the cake going towards the right side(not centered) and in cursive which is not the way it was written. The cursive really wouldnt have been a big deal except the Q was actually a cursive letter O and when we let the person know that it was not a Q she said Yes it is its just in cursive. Our girl picking up the cake told her that she could probably just add a line to the bottom of the O to make it look more like a Q and the lady told her that it was a Q. The girl picking up the cake is new to our office so she just took it and came back but once it was in our office I had to take some of the icing on the O and make my own line to make the word actually look like quitter. Since something as simple as 1 word on a cake is that difficult, we will not be using Crest Bakery anymore.

The entire staff is always very helpful and friendly. When we have asked to have special cakes done at the last minute, they have been very accomodating. Their prices and sales are always what we need. Overall, it is always very easy shopping experience.

All their stores are nice and clean, and I have compared prices, and on most items they are as good or better than anyone.

One of my favorite grocery stores. Nice and clean, their prices are cheaper than Wal-Mart. You cant beat that. The best time to go is during the week in the A.M. Weekends are always busy.

The chicken salad, Hermans signature cole slaw are some of the best deli selections Ive had. Fried chicken was great too. They have great prices, great produce and a very friendly staff! Frozen food choices that I have NEVER seen in any store here or in Colorado. I am SO GLAD to get the heck out of Walmart! We LOVE this place and, our freezers are filling up fast! Excuse me, Im getting HUNGRY! 😀

This place, is were to go if you need food. The fruits are fresh and cans of food are all in alignment. Get out and go shopping.

Lots of conventional options and great prices. Carry some Made in Oklahoma products and it is a local company! Far more processed food than whole foods though...finding the healthy or organic options may be tricky.

They need to stock the larger sizes of the powered drink mixes, Gatorade or coolade. Usually on the way to an outdoor activities and went looking for a large container of the drink mixes. Guess will have to make another stop to get them or go to the other store first.

People are nice and prices are good well all of the people except my cashier named Valerie who is a black heavyset women with nothing but venom in the eyes and bile in the soul she was griping at her sacker which is also coincidentally named Daniel who from what I saw of him was kind and hard working the front end manager named Brent could stand up a bit straighter but was kind and had a great rapport with Daniel all in all a good experience but let down by the cashier

I really like Crest. The bulk section is great. This store is really clean but sometimes late at night it can be a little uncomfortable. I guess thats why they have a security guard wondering around. This was around 11.
