Wow, what a great experience! The team was extremely knowledgeable, helped us hit our budget, and set realistic expectations from the beginning. My wife and I were a bit nervous to explore buying a golf cart because we just haven’t done it in the past. Justice’s team put us completely at rest and helped us understand what would realistically fit our needs. The price was perfect, communication was consistent, and the delivery was smooth. Their delivery driver was easily one of the most helpful and kind people we’ve met. He went out of his way to deliver it a bit earlier than expected, was helpful and concise on instructions, and went out of his way to deliver a part that was supposed to included but was left at the dealership. Again, I am blown away at this buying experience. We are definitely forever clients.

We bought a golf car from Justice in May 2021. First time buying one. We had many questions and needed time to understand the pros and cons of gas versus electric and other options. Justice explained everything very thoroughly and never rushed us. We shopped other golf car dealers with EZ-GO and Yamaha. Ultimately, the Club Car price was in the same range as the other two makers but the quality of the Club Car was in a different class. We also liked Justices package pricing for options. It made our purchase decision easier and provided good value. The Justice folks couldnt have been nicer. Were completely happy with our purchase.

I would give Justice Golf Cart Company 5 Stars on the purchase ofmy Clubcart. We did experience a mechanical issue which they steppedright up and took care of. Thats the measure of a true service company,Hats off to Mike and the entire team who made it happen. That why theyhave been in business for so many years.

Took my cart to justice problem, dies when run a while did fuel pump elec etc. they recomended replace coil i paid to have coil replaced did not fix problem i couldnt see coil but was not new coil wire, thought was not part of coil, have battled with problem forever, then watched video on repl. coil and comes with coil wire was not replaced, i dont think this is there normal practice, probably an employee thought was fixed, it cost me a lot of trouble and will cost me to buy another golf cart

Bought 3 golf carts and Mike could not have been more helpful. Answered any questions I had and customer service was top notch. I referred a buddy to them and he has now purchased quite a few carts and feels the same about Justice! If you are looking for a Club Car, this is the place to go. I will definitely be doing more business with Justice.

Great service. Mike in service fixed all necessary problems at a fair price. One part was a day late and Mike delivered that cart to our home in Wagoner at no extra costs

Very pricey and when trying to talk to them, they have terrible attitudes. I ended up taking my cart from them and putting it into a different shop because I would rather pay the same price somewhere else or even more if it meant better customer service.

I wish there was a 0 star option. I have used this place twice for my company golf cart repairs, and they are rude, quick to snatch the cart up but take twice as long to repair as they should. When you do get it back, its half-ass work at a premium price. You have to hound them to get any kind of update on the progress, and several times when I have called they have snapped at me and hung up on me. I will NEVER use them again, and none of my sister stores will either. They just lost a 12 store account. They are total jerks! Do yourself a favor and call ABS. They are kind, fair, and reasonable people.

We took our year old golf cart in because the transmission was slipping out of gear, and were told it would be 2-3 weeks wait time before they could even lay eyes on it. They made sure to inform us we needed a tune up for $108.00, which would have been fine, but they neglected to fix the actual issue that caused us to bring it in the first place. Extremely disappointed. The only reason it isnt one star is because I thought the purchase experience a year ago was great.

Ive never owned a lsv or golf cart but I bought one in January of this year. It was a tomberlin lsv vehicle 2010 it stopped running in late July I had Justice Golf carts drive down from Okla City to Blair and pick it up. They took it back to their shop and repair it brought it back..Ive talked with the service people, the front desk and the driverPlus the 2 guys that brought me a new windshield and installed it. Ive dealt with a lot of new and used car people never have I had better service than with Junstin Golf Carts Oklahoma City. Thank you Tom R.

Parts dept were extremely helpful. I walked in clueless and they could have sold me more than I needed, but they spent quite a bit of time explaining exactly what I needed and they sold me a part instead of a much larger part! !!!

If you are looking for a fancy golf cart this is the place. They will customize you a cart just how you want your cart to look like.

We just visited the store and didnt receive any service at all. Myself and my husband had entered the store, he was kind enough to open the door for the people behind us. Once we were all in, the guy started talking to the two people who entered behind us. These people were older than us and I am assuming the guy either thought we were all together or that we couldnt afford a gold cart. Either way, you shouldnt assume anything because we were intending to get a golf cart from here.

Drove all the way to OKC from East of Shawnee and the place wasn’t even open on Saturday like advertised. Waste of my time maybe Justice should take better care of their advertising if they aren’t open when they say they are.
