1 star because I couldn’t leave zero and still give a review. I spoke to Mark who scheduled a time to come look at and measure my shower surround. I had to call and remind him of our meeting (first red flag ignored). He came to my house measured and said he would get back to me with a quote. You guessed it, I had to call to remind him (second red flag). He gave me the quote and said it would be 3 weeks. I waited for him to call or text to give an update. Right again, he did not(third and final red flag). Now there is no answers to my text or calls. Please do not waste your time! As you can see (if you read these reviews) he has ghosted more than one customer. He is not a man of his word. Run! Run away!

DO NOT waste your time with these people. I waited 2 months for a double pane unit. Excuse after excuse... never called me after the initial estimate, always had to call him for an update (excuse). Glad he never asked for half the money up-front.Finally said enough is enough and called S & S for an estimate on Dec. 9. They had me a new unit installed on Dec. 20 and... were cheaper. They didnt ask for half up-front either. Guys were only here 45 minutes. Top notch work and communication.In my opinion stars are earned. You start with zero stars. You do something well, you get a star. I can only give B & B glass 1 star for his prompt estimate.

Mark did a great job for us! Called on Thursday for a frameless shower door. He came out next day Friday to measure and gave us a very competitive price. Everybody else said 3 to 4 weeks. Mark said 7-10 days. We ordered that day and exactly 7 days later we talked and he told us door was being delivered that day. He was out the very next day, Saturday and did a great job installing our new door! Great price, great door, kept his delivery promise and great installation! Cant ask for more than that! Thanks again Mark!

We had a window blow out from the high winds last night (we dont have fancy storm windows). Called JEM first, they gave us a 3 week wait period. No Way! B&B Glass came right out the same day, left to cut the glass and came back and had the job done before 2pm! Awesome service and a GREAT price! So happy with B&B Glass! Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with B&B. Replaced 2 double pane windows. Guys were great to deal with, the service was exceptional and the cost was much less than what we expected. Definitely will call B&B again for our window needs.

During the May 20th tornado, we sustained damage to our window screens. I brought four screens to them for rescreening. I dropped them off in the late afternoon on Wednesday and they were ready by mid morning on Thursday They get the job done at a great price.

Mark from B&B Glass met with me at my home to measure for both a frameless shower door and a large mirror. After ordering we spoke twice within two weeks only because I called him for an update in which he told me the glass was on its way..... Its now been over a month I am unable to get ahold of him, I have left voice mails, text messages etc.... nothing!!!!
