Ohmigosh - don’t go anywhere else if you need progressive bi or trifocals. Aryn took the time to customize my trifocals for the daily work I do, and adjusted the measurements for my needs. Spent $1,000 for a pair of frames and lenses and a second pair of lenses for another pair of frames I already had. After two months the pair of lenses with the new frames cracked. Took it in to be fixed, I was told their warranty is only good for one month. Therefore in order to have them fixed I would need to buy new lenses. Also the prescription was not correct. I will never do business with this company again. If you can’t stand behind your work more the a month you shouldn’t be in this line of work!

Wife and I went in to get some new glasses and 30 minutes later we walked out with a pair each. Aryn and Christina were both awesome opticians and the fact they sat there to explain everything in between that you needed to know is definitely something you don’t get in customer service. Do not go here! The ladies at the front are very rude. If you ask a question, they treat you like you are stupid. Did not work with me and I was forced to leave before getting an appointment. My glasses were so loose I thought I was gonna lose them when I was on a roller coaster at SixFlags. I went to LensCrafter on 19th St and they adjusted my glasses for free! Super quick and easy. Now I can go back to riding roller coasters!
You cant go wrong with this location of LensCrafters. The staff is beyond friendly, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of the products offered. I will go to them for future eye exams and glasses.
Broke my glasses the day before, and the place i usually go was far away and closed. Came in and they fixed the problem within ten minutes. Service was really good and the guy who helped was very kind.
I had a great experience with Isaiah at this location. I had already been to two places trying to buy glasses for my husband for Christmas. Well, no one at the other places would help me because my husband wasn’t there. I wanted to surprise him. He was able to make this where I could get a gift card to buy sunglasses for my husband. He put some on hold to help me out. Great customer service!!!!

I have left this place twice now without any glasses! The 1st time we left the sales girl we thought maybe didnt do the math correctly as 1 pair of glasses was to be $454.00 with insurance. Today with an empty store mind you, the lady greeted us and began quizzing about insurance. Got that settled they are contracted with our insurance she allows us around the barricade and announces you can only touch and try on 5 pairs of glasses! I wanted to leave right then. We didnt but proceeded very cautiously as the gig would be up at 5 tries! Did not find the right pair in 5 attempts so I happily retrieved my prescription from the young man eagerly waiting to sell me some glasses. He likely works on a commission basis and has to hate the rules of operation at this store. I would quit if I were him. Completely rigid delivery of what seems to be the rules TODAY but not the first visit turned me off. I will not be coming back.

Purchase the extended warranty!! They don’t offer assistance on broken glasses (2-months old) unless you buy the extended warranty. Don’t make the same mistake I did!

The woman Dana (sales person person number: 045793) who decided to argue with my parents both times they came in to get their glasses adjusted and placed the bifocal line too high and told my father to measure it HIMSELF cause she’s lazy and rude-should not be working there! It’s not the first time but should be the last-if I’d been there she wouldn’t have just gotten the F you she received from my father. If I could do zero stars I would! Pathetic to treat people that way!

I have gotten my glasses at LensCrafters for 20yrs and ha ve always been satisfied until the new manager, Aryn was hired. They let the greatest manager go after being there 20 plus years. I did get my new glasses in August and have never been satisfied with the fit. I have been back 5 times for adjustments and still not able to wear them.They take your glasses back to lab to adjust them and never check with them on to see what is wrong. The only one that is personable is Roni and the other one was Christopher,which they let go. I would ask for them for help and if they were not available I would come back when they were. Your new manager is ruining your good name. Please do something about her and the new help that know nothing but will tell you they have had training. After 20 plus years and spending lots of money with you I will be going elsewhere.

Roni was awesome! Made me feel very comfortable and was totally OK with me having to try on so many pairs. Gave me space when I needed it but was also great at giving advice when I needed it. The other two ladies were great too. In general, the stores environment was excellent and it was enjoyable to spend over an hour picking new glasses here. Thank you, Roni!

It took 6 weeks and 3 days to receive a pair of bifocals. They were not measured correctly and I could not accept them. I was not willing to wait another 6 weeks so I requested and received a refund. Beware of dealing with this company. Something is not right when it takes that long for an order to come in.I will give credit to Craig, the lab manager. He stayed in touch with me through the process and was courteous throughout.

Our sales associate was extremely friendly and helped us get the most for our money. Went in to buy one pair and ended up with adorable sunglasses as well.
Rude staff is uneducated or just liars. I stopped by to see if I could get my pupil distance measured for a new set of dental loupes as I am a dentist. I was ready to pay for this service. I was unpleasantly greeted by one of 4 employees that came up to the front. There were no other customers in sight. She said can I help you in a unfriendly tone. I told her I would like my pupil distance measured. She said Oh, we dont do that here. I was rather shocked at what she told me as you have to measure pupil distance in order to fit people for glasses. So, I left and went to the next closest eyeglasses store that was not a chain and ended up at First Look Eyewear. They greeted me with a smile and wave and immediately seated me to help with my request. They even looked up my vision insurance to check my coverage so I could get my family scheduled for exams. Customer service is very important to me and I would be livid if my staff treated anyone that walk into my office the way the staff member at LensCrafters treated me. Its no wonder why their office was empty.
Bryce was very helpful to my husband and I when my husband went and got new safety glasses. He made both of us feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable about the product. He also did a great job with adjusting my glasses too. He listened to both our concerns unlike the assistant manager Christopher there. Bryce should be made a manager as he is very good with people.
THEIR service is really above the 5 stars, Charles and Brice both took great care of me, picked out the perfect glasses for not only my face but my personality. I was very well pleased with the pricing of my glasses!!! My glasses fit perfectly when I picked them up. Everyone that I have encountered there gave me a fantastic experience!
First of all, I regret ever buying my sons glasses here. We were totally ripped off and overcharged. You should never have to pay $500+ for one pair of glasses. Ever. They made it sound like I was getting a good deal from all the discounts they added in, as if they were trying to help me out (and yes this is with insurance). I also paid $30+ for the protection plan and now my son has broken his glasses so we went to the store to have them fixed... Well, their systems are down and have been now for 3 days. So theres nothing they can do for us. The associate wouldnt even attempt to temporarily fix them so at least my son could go to school (he cant see AT ALL without his glasses, so he will have to miss school until they are fixed). Not only that, but I was told I would also have to pay $25 for them to be fixed or replaced. Really? AFTER I paid $500 and $30 for the protection plan, you still need MORE money from me? Do yourself a favor and LOOK ELSEWHERE, its not normal to pay that much for glasses!!! I have almost the exact same Rx as my son and got mine at Warby Parker for $91, with ALL THE SAME ADD-ONS, AND they replaced my glasses FOR FREE when I scratched them. 100% regret, Ill never buy another pair of glasses from these thieves again, and you shouldnt either!**In response to your reply, I ALREADY DID THAT and have received NO reply. Your customer service is embarrassing.
I specifically asked if they take my insurance. They said yes. BEWARE and ask if they are an in-network provider. Better yet avoid them altogether.

My wife was going to buy glasses. The assistant manager Christopher was not helpful at all. He told us if we were just looking we needed to do it online. We told him we wanted to buy glasses but he insisted that we couldnt just look. We told him several times we wanted to buy glasses. He caused a scene and embarrassed us. Another couple that came in after us he allowed them to in with no problem. Will have to take my family somewhere else from now on.

Poor service, all the way around!! Pensil marks left on my grasses when I orderedmy new lens.. Wouldnt honor the discount even though I bought both lens and frames!! Then when they had it ready, handed me dirty glasses to try on. Wont be using them anymore!! Oh well attitude!!
We worked with Christopher and he helped me and both of my girls get new glasses, stay within our planned budget and it was all pretty easy. Even set the expectation early that some of the glasses may take a few days to come back in and then over delivered and they were all ready just a few hours later! Great service, will come back again. Also optometrist office next door was friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful with my kids second eye doc trip. Appreciate their service as well!
I went in to pick up my set of frames that i ordered last week i received 2 texts saying order was ready .. I go into the store me and my husband and we wait till our turn and i asked for both frames i explained about the message saying they were ready .. first rep dosent know anything about my order i asked her to get management for help she became hostile i adv for to just walk away so there wouldnt be an issue then 2 more reps just standing there listening not offering any help.. finally the manager Aryn comes out and says only mine were ready but the other pair was not i explained my drive ro get there is not close. Mind you on9/24/2020 i had 2 teeth pulled so i did sound kind of mumbly so i tried to talk louder where she could hear me and she said i need to leave or she was calling the police on me.. I did not use any foul language i was absolutely devastated i have been coming here for 6 years getting my glasses and has know issues.. so we wait for police outside Aryn locked door so we couldnt come in and police never show .. This is absolutely the worst experience i have ever been in ...I really needed my glasses cause i have intercrainal Hypertension and my eyesight is failling do you kno what that can do to a humans emotions. SHE OFFERED NO HELP SHE SHOULD BE FIRED ALL SHE COULD DO IS SMILE AT US OUTSIDE .. LIKE SHE WAS SO PROUD OF HERSELF ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING..AND THIS IS THE KIND OF REPUTATION YOU WANT .. I WILL BE CONTACTING BBB CAUSE NO ONE SHOULD EVER HAVE TO EXPERIENCE THAT I DID..I aslo will be calling and recommending that Eyemed no longer does business with so a horrible place .. i mean isnt there enough bad stuff happing in the world we should be there for one another and i also read your mission statment and my vist was not it.. Roni was great and very professional I am glad that I came there.So first let me tell you how I winding up getting Roni and her fabulous service. I went to Eyemart express and they talking they had a wait and they would put me on the list and I would be number six. They said that they would call me when it was my turn and if I was within 15 minutes that they would wait for me I could not even pick a frame to facilitate the process. So I decided to call another one and they said the same thing and since I had been to Lenscrafters before and had great service I decided to call them.So I called and Roni answered the phone very professionally and I said do yall have a wait list and she said no we do not and she said it would be a great time to come in and she said my name is Roni what is yours I said Ebony. I walked in I was immediately greated and asked how could I be helped I said I need to see Roni she said she is on the but you can start looking at glasses. She then proceeded to give me a tray with four slots for the glasses that I pick to to choose from and she said that the glasses that I dont want put them in the trays in the middle tray on the counter so that they can sanitize them.I was looking at glasses and Roni said hi Ebony and she started telling me about the specials that they were having and I fou d some beautiful Armani frames that I really love once I seen them I was a wrap. Since I am no longer in single vision and she told me that not my optometrist I almost had a heart attack but I guess after wearing glasses for 35 years it was bound to happen. But anyway she worked where it was cheaper than it would.have been cheaper than my insurance. I will continue to use them from now on thank.you Roni.

**Update**I called to let them know how I felt about the situation. They were friendly and apologetic. Did not refund my money but offered a thirty day supply of contacts for the trouble.Thank you.Original postDr. is great. People are nice. But they sneak in charges like a car salesman. Find somewhere else, or ask more questions about the price. I asked about contacts and before I knew it they snuck in $125 that my insurance didnt cover with slick talk. Now I have a 9 day supply of contacts and wont be able to afford glasses. They got their money though, which is what they wanted.
Bryce did an amazing job. The experience was quick and painless. You knew the staff was genuine and willing to help. I actually enjoyed the experience.
My wife and I have had a really great experience with Joshua, Chris, Kylee and others at LensCrafters the last few weeks. We have ordered several pairs of glasses from them over the last few years and their customer service has been exceptional. We both had to exchange a pair of glasses this last time and everyone was just as pleasant and committed to us in the return/exchange as they were in the original sale. That is honestly why I felt so compelled to do a review. Its one thing to have a good review when there are no problems but when you have to exchange you almost expect some type of hassle and that simply did not happen. We are extremely pleased and have sent a number of people to them for glasses as a result. Thanks so much!

I came in last Saturday for my first pair of glasses ever! I was scared, nervous, and a little unhappy about my new venture. But these folks made me feel like I was at home! I almost didnt want to leave! I had fun trying on glasses and choosing my styles. Chris Z was my associate. There were two other employees, Chris and Roni, I believe. They were all so friendly. Chris Z. was amazing! He was very helpful. I knew nothing about my insurance coverage or glasses and he got me fixed up with a great deal on some gorgeous Michael Kors!
I have been visiting this LensCrafters for a few years now and havent had any trouble. But I now have a bad experience to share since Dr. Nick Martin took over the office.My glasses are about a year old and have several scratches from where my dog has hit them with his nails, and its beginning to affect my vision, so I decided to make an appointment to get a new pair. When I called to set the appointment the lady who assisted me was friendly, and we were able to schedule it a week in advance. But thats the best part of my experience.The experience goes downhill on the day of the appointment. For starters, when inputting my information into the system they messed up and had to start over. Causing me to wait twenty minutes past my appointment time--and Id arrived fifteen minutes early to fill out paperwork. Once I was finally taken to the back to begin the exam, the assistant informed me that Dr. Martin has a policy that every patient must have their eyes dilated. And seeing that I hadnt prepared to have my eyes dilated that day, and wasnt informed of this policy when scheduling my appointment or even as I filled out the paperwork--it wasnt included in the fine print--I asked if it could be skipped. The assistant said that they do have another option that would take the place of dilation, but it is an extra cost of 39.95$, which insurance doesnt cover. Or, I could reschedule when convenient to have my eyes dilated Learning this, I told the assistant that I would not continue with the exam, and I would be looking for somewhere else to spend my money on glasses.If they would have mentioned the policy anytime before the day of appointment, I wouldnt have an issue and would have continued with the exam. But it was because of their last minute disclosure of the policy which facilitates them offering an extra cost, in order for you to avoid the annoyance of eye dilation that made the experience a bad one.
Lenscrafters is very clean with very knowledgeable staff. However, be prepared to wait at least an hour before they even get to you every single time you go in. They have a great selection of frames, but can be severely overpriced. I was told that with my toe of insurance, it was required that I pay everything up front and request reimbursement. They NEVER bothered to tell me that it was because they were OUT OF NETWORK. When I went to vision works across the street, I found that they were in network and could bill my insurance directly and that going for reimbursement was NOT required by the insurance.
Dr. Orlando Diaz is wonderful! Trust him for both exams and medical issues. I had a horrible abrasion on my cornea, he put a bandage contact in and prescribed an antibiotic, no pain within 24 hours and all healed in 7 days.

I recently had an eye exam which I feel made my vision worse. I returned to LensCrafters and Chris the assistance manger walked me through the process of how to investigate what was wrong. He had my lenses remade which did not help so I returned to the doctor to recheck my prescription which didnt change. I finally sought out a second opinion for an eye exam with a drastic difference in the prescription. Chris remade my lenses for the third time making sure I was satisfied with my new lenses. The lady didnt want to help us and then when she had to she was excited to tell us that her systems were down and that she couldnt run insurance. When I told her what our insurance was she said she had never heard of it..........I said yeah its a little uncommon but here is my card...she replied multiple times with Ive never heard of that! With a disgust type attitude.......Ive said.......Wellllll......thats what I have..... like....what am I supposed to say? Needless to say they couldnt end up helping us. I went elsewhere and spend my money on the same glasses but with a friendly staff. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

Horrible customer service. I wanted to make contact lenses trial with the Rx of the previous eye examination which was 2 months. They wanted me to make a new eye exam all over again because “their” policy is 1 month max after taking an eye glasses exam while other Lenscrafters is a 6 month policy. It will good over $200 for making eye exam and contacts trials. They just want to take your money, they don’t care about you.
Had a normal eye exam for contacts like I always do at the first of the year. First the doctor forced me to get a $40 test that I did not want which i don’t agree with but fine. Explained to the doctor that I have no issue with my current script and am currently happy. He decided to reduce the power for one eye, I again said I have no issues the way it is. Never the less he is the doctor so I gave him the benefit of the doubt and I ordered 1 years worth like always went with it a few month giving it a chance to see if I could adjust to it but it’s just to blurry in that eye. I asked to trade a full unopened box of 6 for my old script to get me by until my annual visit. They will not allow it and that I will have to buy more in the that prescription. Pretty bad customer service, especially when I asked not to change anything on my prescription. I will be looking for a new provider.
This place has amazing service and I will never go anywhere else to get my glasses. The anti glare on my transitions help so much whenever its raining, super easy to clean.
I called this place and asked about my glasses still being under warranty and was told they were and to have them fixed it would be 25 for the frame and 25 for the lenses I said cool...what about if I have a new prescription and she said oh shouldnt be a problem...I go there 15 mins later and no one has a clue who I talked to and that 50 dollars to repair my glasses now cost 200. Way to screw over customers I wont come back and wont recommend anyone to.
I got here 30 minutes early and still waiting 45 minutes past! This is absolutely ridiculous. I booked a week out and was told that if I was a little early I would definitely be out by a certain time and that time has come and gone.

No stars for this place! I have been going here for years for my daughters eye exams and glasses, never had an issue. (she was there about a month ago) Took my son here last weekend for his eye exam, drove over an hour for his appointment on Saturday morning, got checked in, they didnt bother to call to verify his insurance, had to do that when I arrived. Took him back for the first phase and then tells me I have to have his eyes dilated, (hes 8) I told them no because as soon as we got home he had a basketball game and I didnt want his vision to be blurry and the drops burn. She then tells me I have to pay $39 for pictures of his eye then. I tell her I have never had to do this before and she says its their office policy so I guess its their policy to force something on you and your child that you dont want done now. Both of them were extremely rude, The Dr. said he had no say in it. Not sure what kind of Dr, that is. I told them I wasnt doing it and they refused to see him. I called my Dr at Pearl Vision in Norman and they got him right in. They tried to verify his insurance and found that this office had already filed a claim in the 20 minutes between me leaving their office and getting to Pearl Vision. Dont think this is legal since they did nothing. Had to call my insurance company who had to call them and get it voided. This place is now a joke and I will never return here.

DONT TRANSITION, WASTE OF MONEY!!! RAIN TRANSITIONS AWAY ANY TRANSITION.First I will stat the fact, lenses were purchased in 2017 so no warrenty. But do not use lenscrafters, specially there cheap tint on the lenses. My son was at a ball game last night, the down pour cause the tint to come off. I have bought cheap replacement lenses before for sunglasses and the same thing happened when they got wet. Not what you expect out of going to lenscrafters and paying $400 for a pair of lenses and frames. One of the managers excuses. Maybe it started cause he cleaned his glasses too much(cleaned lenses too much;lol), and it started wearing off and the down pour had nothing to do with it. Do not recommended this company if this is how cheaply they make there lenses and the protections they have on them. I didnt need new lenses or frames. I needed the cheap tint put back on, which they say they cant do. If its on the outside of the lense(where it shouldnt be), all you would have to do is send the lenses in and put it back on. Was told its not possible even though thats the cheap process they use.
The receptionist at the doctors office is horrible. She stayed on her cell phone on a personal call the whole time I was trying to check in. No smile, no thank you, no courtesy whatsoever. The doctor however is super nice and caring.The actual glasses store is ok. I looked around for 30 min and then had to ask someone to help after I realized they werent going to approach me. Been waiting over a week for my glasses and they still arent ready. Needless to say I wont be back.
The wait time at this place is unreal. Dont come here unless you have all afternoon.
Dr Diaz is very helpful. A good experience. Filled out my paperwork. Went to exam room and did some tests. Then Diaz gave me my eye exam. Easy and pleasant.

I was told I would have my glasses in less than a week. Its been a week and they still are not ready. Ive called, was put on hold for 10 minutes, called the next day was told they would call me back in 10 minutes and never heard from them. So I called them back was put on hold for 10 minutes to find out that my glasses arent ready. They might be ready today but no guarantee of when they will be ready. Do not use this place.
So I took off work today so I could come talk to Dr. Diaz, the eye dr. in Moore about some concerns I have about my last eye exam, and that I think he may have missed something and my prescription might be wrong. My eye insurance wants me to write a letter stating I got a bad exam and get approved to go to another eye dr. But Im the type of person who would never do that without giving Dr. Diaz a chance to talk to me. Turns out I should have saved the money paying someone to work for me. He only wants to talk to me if Im willing to pay him $59! I specifically told his office manager, I cant believe youre more worried about getting money than defending your reputation! She said, Oh well! and showed me the door. I now have 2 pairs of glasses I cant see out of at all. Thank you Zenni Optical for being willing to replace them for free! Now if I can just find an eye dr. I can trust!
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. They have had my sons frames for 2 weeks, I have called twice, been told both times that I would be called back, never received a call back. I was just told that the frames cannot be replaced because this style is no longer available. Why did it take 2 weeks for them to tell me this? My son has been with out his glasses for 2 weeks because they couldnt take the time to look at a list or pull up this stock number to see that this frame no longer available? And then they give me the run around and dont bother calling me back when I call to find out what the status is on the order? This is the worst customer service and the warranty is a joke.
My dad and I came in and got adjustments and replacement notepads free of charge. Friendly and courteous staff
They have a great selection on high name brand frames and do a great job. But they are pricey.
Worst costumer service ever. Came two days in advance to give them my insurance into to confirm. They asked me to call and make an appointment and when I showed up the did not check the insurence!!! Left with no appointment. If I was Dr Martin I would fire the receptionist
I dont have any experience with the Doctor or the people in the eye glasses store but the receptionist for the doctors are terrible. I had an appointment schedule on a saturday that I had scheduled wednesday or thursday, no one bothered to call to get insurance information so when we get there they tell me I would have to pay out of pocket and let my insurance reimburse me. I said no, and rescheduled. I scheduled another saturday appointment and made sure to verify that the receptionist would verify the insurance before I came in. I get a call 15 minutes before my appointment from the receptionist saying that they DID NOT verify my insurance so i would have to reschedule my appointment AGAIN! NOPE not doing it! I told them to take me off and I would find somewhere else to be seen!
Friendly and professional staff. Being deaf now after 34 hearing years Id a big challenge, my experience was very pleasant and I would recommend this store to anyone who is in the market for glasses.
