Great prices on house blends, bottles need more work I usually have my tip come off and spill out from it getting stuck in the lid too often. Very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Device prices are about normal. Lounge just keeps getting better with more improvements done to it. Play pool, playstation and a little more. Great big area for hanging with friends or to relax.

I went in for disposable vape. Their selection was skimpy and the prices were outrageous. They didnt have my flavor (which is a pretty popular) in but one brand. The place did look appealing and there were pool tables inside so it might be fun.

Wonderful! They were very nice and accommodating. I ask alot of questions lol they were patient and provided full explanations for every question I asked. They also greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. Wonderful customer service. I would highly recommend.

I like this place the staff is really nice. They have a store on 89th & south walker that I like even better. They have extended hours but are a little more pricey than the other vapes stores. I guess your paying for the convenience of being able to get vape juice until midnight. They also do not have any kind of rewards program. Which if they did would have earned them 5 stars...

Definitely one of the best places to shop for vape gear, and has some of the better juice out there. Especially their house juices. Which happen to be at amazingly low prices currently.

But I can in here today just stopping by to see if they had a car charger and they were super rude an stuck up. Pretty sure the vape juice I got is a lower nicotine level than I asked for. Doesnt do anything for me and even my girlfriend who doesnt smoke doesnt feel a bit at all. I like the staff, and the flavor is good too. The new guy who helped out probably gave me the wrong nicotine level. I dont recommend going here until this dude has a little more experience. Ill probably go back in a couple months but not yet.

If there was lower than 1 star Id choose that. Terrible service and terrible products. I spent 240$ in their store and I get a mod where the paint is already wearing off. Then when I call an hour later and ask them what we could do they mocked me and told me there was nothing they could do. They hipe there warranty up like you are protected but in reality it only covers if it explodes basically. Terrible product and services spend your money somewhere you will get an actual new mod.

Great selection and the workers were super friendly. I had a problem with my bottle not opening and they got it opened for me... It was a problem from the manufacturer and they helped transfer it into a bottle that would not leak and were extremely nice. Will be back!

These Vapor places are growing up everywhere, claiming to be a safe alternative to smoking. Well the jury is still out on that. Some of the reports I have heard said that vaping is very dangerous. As far as I am concerned the only things you should stick in your mouth, are things you can eat. If I could, I would give these fake places -5 Stars.

Prices are too high. Not much of a choice but the staff is very well informed and they do have military discount. They are very attentive. Only thing I can complain about is the prices. Even if you bring the empty bottle back it doesnt make it worth it. But its closer to my house than the other places which is why I went.

Great helpful staff. The psycho barbie flavor is great! And if you use less than half of the bottle you can exchange it for a different flavor if you dont like it

Juice isn’t good... very bland taste. I got whiplash and blueberry, like I can barely smell it and the there’s little to no taste. Very disappointed. The guy working there didn’t really give me any recommendations except for the one he was vaping on which was whiplash. Not very helpful. Will go somewhere else.

Very overpriced vape equipment. Juice that they mix in the back always seems to burn my brand new coils within two days. I’m gonna add I’m not a constant vapor only on occasion and for a coil to burn out that fast is sad I’m only running about 55 watts for anybody thats curious. Maybe you guys should stop mixing your stuff or get people who know what they’re doing.

Tyler and Brock are by far the best of 18 gauge in my opinion. Never have had a juice issue or any major conflict with either... They always make me some damn good juice.The rest of the employees seemed friendly but sometimes the juice making skill is a toss up... More good than bad just dont let Caesar make anything for you.

Screw 18 gauge. Save ur receipt. My vspir worked less than a week and because I didnt Save my receipt, they wouldnt even exchange the POS.they have policies. Well like I told your clerk, fair is fair and right is right. So cram your LLC and your policy and the POS vapor I left behind. Never again.

Unlike other places, people here are down to earth, and the house juices taste pretty close to the premium ones for about half the cost. Overall, an enjoyable experience, and I expect that Ill be a return customer probably once a week
