I purchased a new home from Dub Stone in Mar 2008 and this store is the place where you have to choose your carpet and tile. You have no choice since Steve Stones wife works from this store. The tile she chose for the house was a low grade tile. After the first year the tile started cracking. Seven tiles had to be replaced in the kitchen. A few months later 10 more tiles have cracked in the kitchen and hallway. The bathroom tiles have cracked. She did not leave me any spare tiles. I notified Scott about this and showed him a tile. It did not have any adhesive on the bottom, just the grout. A sub-standard installation. Scott, of course did nothing except to tell me to check other tile stores in the city for the tile since it was discontinued. Im still looking for replacement tile but cant find any. The tile was discontinued in April 2007, a year before she had the inferior tile installed. Fowler tile store knew the tile was discontinued a year before they installed it. She nor the store informed me that the tile was discontinued. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE If you perps at the store are reading this, you know how to got a hold of me.

This business is so easy to work with. Their staff is very knowledgeable and professional. They asked us questions and found the perfect tile for us.

I had to call 3 different times to get information about tile that was installed on my house and they finally said they didnt have anything in my file and sometimes the builder dosnt buy everything from them...umm Im pretty sure I went there and picked it out along with the carpeting...I do not recommend doing business here
