They had a lit of different styles and brands there, I went to find me new shoes for work, and I found a pair of sketches and they are so comfortable, and also were on sale, and I found a pair of hiking boots for my husband and they were also on sale, go check out their on going sales and save you some money. Will go again for my next winter boots. And the staff were really nice!

I went in looking for new flats for work and found a super cute pair, but unfortunately this store didn’t have the size I wanted. The salesperson went to look for other stores for another size which was awesome, but it was at a store in north OKC and I didn’t really want to drive up there. I asked if it was possible for them to ship to this store and she said yes, it was possible. I had to purchase both pairs of shoes since I wasn’t sure which one I would go with, which was expected and explained but I was never told about having to pay a shipping cost (I would’ve just made the drive since I had errands to run anyway) and I was never told about the promotion you guys had to save money when buying two pairs of shoes. I found out accidentally as I was exiting the store. I’m almost tempted to return both pairs and shop elsewhere, but I’m sure I would still be out the shipping charge I was never informed of.

Pick two grandkids in to Shoe Carnival with me to get them school shoes. My daughter came in to join us and at that time one of the security people started following my daughter around. Why the security was following her around I have no idea but she realized it and said she wasnt going to stay in here if thats the way somebody felt about her in this store. So she left. I have never had this problem in the store before when her and I have been in there. But it is a very uncomfortable feeling to be labeled as a thief or to be assumed to be thieving from a store.

Always a pleasant experience. I always find what I need and the staff is always pleasant, helpful, and efficient.

I started working at UPS and was looking for some nice stylish steeltoe boots, and after work plain tennis shoes unfortunately this place like walmart does not carry my size. I would love to give more stars but for now it will stay at 3.

Always a good selection of shoes. However, its hit or miss with the larger womens sizes. My daughter wears a 10 and seldom finds what she wants in store. I recommend signing up for the rewards program to get coupons and extra perks.

Well its 2 workers who actually were friendly. The customer service of our cashier was horrible. Now this is my normal store when I choose to go. Normally Im greeted with a hello and my military discount us given. I witnessed our cashier be friend with the folks before us but then as we cgeck out he becones rude and irritated. He might have even rung our shoes up wrong but we wanted to get out of there. He kind of made me say im not going back. Then to top it off its like wow you dont wanna work for us but was hapoy to service before and after. Def lost my business

Okay, so first off, let me just say that I am super picky when it comes to my shoes. I want them to be cute and comfortable. They always have a great selection based on what the shoe companies are offering. The store is clean and there are always several employees around who are happy to assist, although they may be working to straighten up the store after a busy period.

The staff was so great! They were so accommodating with My mom and I’d needs and I’ve honestly never had a bad experience with them. Love this store!

I really enjoy shopping for shoes there. Great selection of shoes and fairly priced. Went there with my wife and they were very busy. Had no trouble getting assistance. Two sales personnel were exceptional: Clayton and Mallory. Went out of their way to help us and were professional and very kind, too. This store is a great place to shop!

Plenty of shoes to choose from. Employees always ready to help, although we didnt need any. Store was clean, outside lighting is really dark, thought they were closed at first, but they were indeed open. Reasonably priced as well, i may buy my work shoes here come this new year.

Great place to get kicks for the whole family without breaking the bank! No mall prices here. We went in looking to get our boys two pair of shoes each. They had the BOGO 50% Off sale going on, so we came out with a total of 4 pairs of kicks (2 pair of Nikes and 2 pair of Adidas) And I think we only spent $172! Cant beat it. And get this! Since they were gifts and since theyre growing like weeds on the daily; We got the wrong sizes! But you know what? Famous Footwear made the return and exchange process for the right sizes so easy. #DontEverChange

Shout Out to Clayton!! I called Shoe Carnival to see if I could have like 10 boxes ended up only needed 5 my grandma had 12 😲. Clayton answered he said they didnt have any extras in the store but that he personally had extras that I could have. The next day he met me at show carnival and gave me boxes. So thank you Clayton for making our day. The shoe boxes are for Valentines boxes at my sons school they are going to decorate them!

So happy with Shoe Carnival, we had been to so many different shoe Stores looking for, size 14 in work shoes. Shoe Carnival had a small variety of size 14 work shoes. He always has to order them online.

Went to look for boots and there were 4 worker that stayed talking and cutting up in middle of store by the door. Only asked if I needed help when walking by them to leave. Sad that many workers and nobody came to ask me if needed help and was there. 45 mins - a hour. NOTHING! Will go to another location next time for sure.

Store seemed to be low on help. I finally got my questions answered by going back up to the front. I was not able to find any help from the employees in the shoe isles. This was my first visit to Shoe Carnival so maybe things are different here? The store was well stocked.

Shoes were not marked same as their online price. When I asked a manager they said they would price match themselves but wouldnt be able to do the sale.

They have good sales, lots of tennis shoes but the selection of boots is alot to be desired. You can catch some shoes really cheap if you go on one their sales. Usually they are buy 1 get 1 1/2 off which is a good deal in my opinion.

They do have a wide selection of shoes for all ages, however they dont carry a large selection of Nike brand. That is the main brand I wear and they dont have many styles. They do have shoes that my children like though, converse, vans, etc. Prices are reasonable and they have bogo 1/2. Deals. The employees are friendly and helpful too!

The name is a little misleading. They do have shoes, quite a large selection of shoes, shoe accessories,and other foot related apparel. But there is NO CARNIVAL!!!! I while rather disappointed when I learned of this, still made a few shoe and foot related purchases, old lady made me. If you want shoes and shoe accessories then this is the stop you just gotta make but if you want to see a carnival then saddly disappointed youll be.

Prices have went up since the last time. Bogo promotion is nice but doesnt make up for the extra cost. Went to academy and came out ahead for the same shoes.

They are really high priced even though they promise a savings. However, the buy one get one half is a nice deal. I bought a string backpack for half off ($22 normal / $11 discount).
