We had all 4 shocks replaced by Fast Lube in November and we were having some minor work done at Bob Moore this week and they noticed the back shocks were leaking I told them they were under warranty with fast lube went to fast lube not expecting any problem the guy at the counter was very nice and said they would take care of it then the mechanic came and took a look and wiped the shocks clean and told me it was the axle that was throwing the Greece on the shocks and to come back in a couple of hours and he check the shocks againI went back to Bob Moore to make sure the shocks were leaking and they put it up on the rack and showed me and took pictures with my phone so they could see I was not making this up went back to fast lube and they called the manager Bill and he came in and told me it was a rubber boot that was throwing the Greece I showed him the pictures and he said the Greece came from the boot on the side then he said since ford had looked at the shocks it voided our warranty so they do not stand by their work at all

I am so happy that I found this place! Went there this morning for an oil change. The guys are so nice and informative, they really care about Customer Service! Was a very nice change from service at other places.Will definitely recommend this place!

Very clean and smelled nice in the office. I got fluids changed this week. It only took about ten minutes. I couldnt have expected anything better.

Fast Lube doesn’t know what customer service is. I brought my car in for a oil change. A potential client called me requesting for services. While I was on the phone with client a technician was talking to me I advised the tech to hold on in a polite matter. Five minutes later another technician walks in demanding my keys very rudely my potential client hung up on me.

Been going here for some years now. Love these guys. Very convenient with kids!

They have been changing my oil for 2 yrs. Always quick, efficient and they dont push work that is not truly needed. I am able to change my own oil and do most vehicle repairs myself. I know my way around my truck, I just dont have time. I know whats needed and what is not. They make suggestions for my trucks mileage and services due, but also tell me if the services are really needed or not. All of this even though I am a woman and most places assume I am vehicle ignorant.

Spilled oil on top of my motor alot of oil place seemed very disorganized. It wasnt fast either it took about 50 minutes once I was in the bay. I ask where the owner was Matt said he is hardly ever there you can tell because they dont care about customer service definitely wont be going back. Not a good business piss poor management!!

Rated this place 4 stars a few weeks ago based on their timeliness and customer service. Unfortunately after taking my car to the dealership today for a transmission flush they informed me that whoever changed my oil last overfilled it by more than a quart. I have a 2015 and would of been devastated if my car encountered long term damage.

They might be ok for an oil change but my car left in worse condition and even had missing parts.

Best crew and fast service

I arrived at ten til for an 11:00am appointment. Replacement of rear shocks. They finally touched my car at 11:40. I stepped out to get a haircut and some food. When I returned at 13:00 I notice that both rear tires and shock had been removed. No one around for a status or even customer service. The mechanic that is working on my car just returned from his 2 hour power lunch at 14:53. Hopefully, I will make it out befor the second coming. I will not be back nor will I refer this festival of jackassery to anyone else.

This place doesnt stand behind there work.My MIL had rear shocks put on and in 3 months they were both leaking and they would not honor there Warranty.Very argumentative and rude.Will be making a Complaint with BBB..
