I called late in the afternoon and Chelsea had me scheduled first thing the next day. I was taken cared of as soon as I showed up and the repair looked fantastic, just look at the before and after pictures. The rock chip is barely visible after the repair.

They did have a price to beat most others in town with the windshield needed. However, after the installation, I had to clean glass off of my dash and front seat area. I understand not being able to clean leather or dashes but they could have told me that glass was still present or covered the front area so I didnt have the problem at all! I had to return to even be told that they dont clean leather! Thanks to my husband for quickly cleaning before I had to go get kids from school. Disappointed with the extra work and no apology from the less then expected work.

Had challenge finding windshield for my car but person helping on phone kept at it until she found one. They beat safe lite by about $300. Husband took it in today and was out of there in 40 minutes. Can’t say enough about excellent service but the person that helped on the phone was great. I apologize but I don’t remember her name but she took great care to get us taken care of. Would highly recommend.

It was so easy making an appt to have my windshield checked out (rock chip that had cracked), and then scheduling another time to have it replaced. They r pretty flexible. The day of, it literally took 20 minutes from the time I drove up and handed them my keys to when they handed them back and said they were done!! Excellent job, friendly and efficient staff, very busy but able to work with my times, right on the corner of Broadway and 4th, right off I35. Local business, supports our community, very knowledgeable. Id highly recommend, highly satisfied.

I cant say enough good about this veteran owned business. The staff was courteous and professional, they were slammed busy and got us in and out with a new windshield in 30 minutes. Much better than the first place I tried to get a replacement with.

We had a side window destroyed in our Ford Transit. The guys ordered the glass set up an appointment and did an awesome install. I was at the store for less than 45 minutes. Great job!

One very important reason I chose them is they are locally owned and operated. Secondly I am appreciative of the owner because in 2013 after the tornado he replaced a windshield in my dad’s old truck. We were very shocked when we found out there was no charge. My dad passed in 2010 and was a Veteran. I will never forget this Kind Act.

Fantastic. Had my windshield replaced a week ago and no issues at all. They quoted me a price that was $90 less than the big glass guys, I made an appointment and they were done in an hour. Professional, nice waiting area, called me a few minutes ahead so I was ready to go as soon as it was finished. Its raining now and no leaks, no issues at all. So super impressed.

LOVE these guys! Hail season got the best of my windshield and these guys got me a new windshield within a week. They are SUPER busy right now with the storms, but they gave me great efficient & quality service. They have also taken care of some of my home windows, they provide great work as well as great customer service!

Great experience!Massive hail damage to my windshield and a body shop in Norman recommended Eagle 1 to me. I called Eagle 1 and they gave me an appointment only 6 days out. I dropped off my car Wednesday at 8:30 and it was done by Thursday at 11.They were affordable, fast, and the new windshield looks great.Theyre now my auto glass shop.

Great glass shop, they give you options and great advice. They were wicked fast as well, it was like an Indy pit crew, in and out in about 25 minutes.

Eagle 1 replaced my windshield after a hail storm. They got me in quickly and completed the job much quicker than what they initially told me. Despite being overwhelmed with hail-damaged cars, they gave great service and were reasonably priced. I would highly recommend and will return if the need arises.

They did come out pretty quick after the hail storm we had here in Norman but they did not give us a receipt now we cant even get our money back from the insurance company and they wont call us back or get a hold of us its kind of like they took the money and ran I sure would like to have a receipt from them and get my $286 back for a back glass but they did do exceptional work and were quick just their business skills are lacking!

Took a rock from a truck while traveling in my van and got a crack across windshield. I might have been able to keep rolling but decided to have it replaced. Eagle 1 went out of their way with their busy schedule and got me on the road again faster than expected.

We called at 9am on a Friday to order a window for my sons car. We were hoping to find a window to install same day but knowing this may not be possible on such short notice. The lady that answered the phone told us that a window was available and they would be able to get the window delivered to their shop around 2:30pm. We call the shop at 2:30 and are told that they have the glass but the warehouse sent the wrong one!!! This next part is what is ridiculous. It is now the END of the day so pretty much impossible to call any other place to get a window and this lady tells us that their warehouse WILL NOT deliver the correct item today even though it was their fault that the wrong item was delivered. This lady proceeds to tell us that there are other places that MAY be willing to send a technician to the warehouse to pick up the correct item but that they would not be able to send anyone. I literally ask this woman if she was serious! This lady had the nerve to tell me that the warehouse didnt care that it was their mistake, so I ask her if she cared and she still tried to tell me to call someone else so..... thats exactly what I did. I told her that this was the absolute worst customer service and is no way to keep customers and I will never be calling this place for anything else ever again. All she had to do was at least act like she cared that this was their mistake and that now we have no window and on top of it all, rain is in the forecast and we are without a window for the ENTIRE weekend!!!!

I had an appointment for 8:00, they were finished by 8:30, great service. Since I waited outside, I could hear the guys using curse words. That was a bit annoying.

A rock hit my windshield going home. It wasnt very big but I didnt want it to get bigger. Called them, made an appointment for the next day. Got there gave them my keys and checked in. In a very short they took my jeep back, fixed it and I was back on the road. You would never know my windshield had ever been cracked. I really appreciate them. Thanks, good job!

Support local business and put money back in your community. This is a family owned business that is about as patriotic as ive seen lately. Very fair prices and super quick turnaround time. They did a window motor on our truck and I will soon be getting a windshield as well. All done within a matter of hours and open on Saturday. Very helpful for busy work schedules.

NEVER use these people. They lied to me about when to have my car at a local dealership. Today when I brought my car to the dealership at 9:00 am my replacement windshield was supposed to be installed within 2-3 hours. I came back just before 1:00 pm and they have not even arrived yet to start the work.I called to ask what the problem is and the receptionist said it was the dealer’s fault, she didn’t talk to me last week and basically did not give a rat’s behind what my situation is. She is obviously a minimum wage flunkie that knows nothing about customer service.Since the windshield installation has been approved by my insurance company I’m basically stuck with these clowns now.So if I could give this outfit a score of zero I would. Be forewarned and take your business elsewhere.

I needed a windshield replacement ASAP due to a rock hitting my windshield. Wasn’t sure who to call, but after a research of repair shops in my area, I decided on Eagle 1 Autoglass. I called Saturday morning to get a price quote and an appt date. The price quoted was better than I expected and to my surprise, they were able to fit me in on the same Saturday morning. The gentleman was easy to work with. If I ever need windshield work done, I will definitely come back.

The schedule I made on a Wednesday afternoon for a Friday afternoon due to Thursday not being available for me, well my Thursday opened up I called and they had me in within 90 minutes. I arrived 5 minutes before 3pm, and the technician started as soon as I arrived. Staff was professional and friendly. Pro Veteran was a huge plus. Not hoping for more glass damage but if/when I do this will be the only place I come. I will recommended them to everyone.

I only knew of the big commercial guys for glass repair, but their earliest appointments were 6 days out and we were having really bad weather and I had no passenger window thanks to some punk. A friend said her husband used a place called Eagle One. Thank goodness I wasnt locked in with the other guys! I called, got in the next morning--a SATURDAY!!--so no taking off work, and the best part is it was seriously one-fourth of what I was about to pay . I was so grateful for Eagle One. Then, another surprise. I had a friend follow me here thinking I would have to leave my car awhile, the two nice guys were like, Nope, only takes 30-45 minutes! Wow!! I will definitely spread the word!

My rear view mirror fell off so I made an appt to have it repaired along with 2 windshield chips. They repaired the chips and didn’t charge me for the mirror repair! They had to get a part to get the mirror mounted but only charged me for the chip repair. Awesome service!
