I went in this store for a simple service, transferring data from old 3.5 floppy disk to a thumb drive. I expected to pay for this service. They did not charge me as it took so little time. The gentleman at the front desk answered several questions and educated me on how to get something done that I needed help with. I would use their service any time, and probably will in the future. thank you!

These guys are not only the very best computer store in Montrose, or even the western slope for that matter, they are the best computer store I have ever used. Their customer service is unbelievably wonderful! They gave my computer back to me fixed and cleaner than it has ever been in a long, long time. In addition, they are really nice people. I love that they were not going to give up on my laptop until it is fixed. Although it might sound like I am overstating this or that I am perhaps a family relative, I am being completely honest in this review. They really are that great. Needed a specific tv power cord for my tv and called around not having any luck... decided to try these guys and was told they actually might have it! I brought my dead cord to the store and sure enough they had a big selection of used cords and several right models for my tv! They even let me run home to test the cords to see which ones worked before buying! Great experience, highly recommended!
