Worst customer service Ive received. I called and asked if they sold to the public and was told yes. When I arrived to the store to make my purchase, I was told they would not sell to me unless my plumber authorized it, even though they sold to the public. I specified over and over that I was covering the cost and that my plumber was not purchasing or putting the purchase on his account and Tim would still not let me make the purchase. I also spoke with the store manager Eric, which was no help at all. After explaining myself over and over, Eric said to make the sale as a regular customer, at that point I did not want to give my business to this company. What should of been a 5 minute in and out transaction, turned out into a bad experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone, take your business elsewhere, where your business is appreciated. There are plenty of other plumbing suppliers in town that are not arrogant and rude to their customers.

Called and asked for a sink with a 40mm opening. The response was, and I quote I was born and raised in America I dont know what mm is. He then laughed and refused to be of further assistance.Update: The manager, Eric, reached out to me to personally apologize and to see what would be helpful moving forward. He reiterated his commitment to customer service. This is much appreciated and certainly in line with our experience at Dahl over the last 2 decades.
