Amazing customer service!I purchased the Saris Super Clamp 2 from ORS Racks quite some time ago. The sales experience was great from the beginning. All communication was done via email. I contacted their sales department via email and simply inquired about the rack. I was then given a nice little discount code to apply during checkout.Fast forward to the present and one of the plastic pieces that cradles my tire broke. I suspect that a car may have backed in to me or someone vandalized it. I contacted both ORS Racks and Saris to see if there was some type of Goodwill warranty. Saris pretty much told me that I was out of luck and advised me that the replacement part was available on their website. Matt from ORS Racks replied very, very quickly to my email and asked if them sending out a replacement would make me happy. He then advised me that hed look into it with Saris. Within a couple days, he replied by saying that they would be taking care of it for me at NO CHARGE! He simply asked for my original sales order number, which I provided, and my replacement part arrived about a week later.Thank you so much guys at ORS RACKS. You guys are really providing a great service to us bicycle lovers out there! Paul V,

ORS Racks Direct has great prices, but they wont tell you if they are out of stock until after you place your order.I ordered twice from them, the first time took almost two weeks for order to ship. They will send you an email telling you that the item(s) is/are backordered and that you will receive an email when they ship. Dont expect that email, I never received one.The second time I ordered items, I received the same out of stock email. After several emails and a month later I received an email and a phone call that the item was now in stock but since it had been a month after I placed the order I would need to resubmit my credit card information due to their security policy (which I do appreciate). After the phone call to customer service, I received the items within a couple of days.I would recommend that they inform their customers of lack of stock prior to checkout.
