Friendly, helpful employees. Store is clean & neat. Have been very happy with my purchases here. They are a bit pricey, so for an identical item I might go elsewhere. I needed business cards done quickly & they exceed my expectations.

Ok selection, but good access to many office items you can’t get at other big box stores.

Gage in the printing department was so helpful! I needed a portfolio printed for a job interview on short notice and he met with me to go over the files and exactly how I needed them to look then he spent the next day making it look perfect. He had creative ideas to make the custom size work with his binding materials. I got the job and will definitely be back :) Thanks Gage!

Honestly my favorite store. reasonable prices, very large selection, and a great sale section. Staff are always friendly and ready to help and the printing services are really great.

Went to the elk river location. At 830 I was still waiting in the parking lot for them to open. One employee was also worrying and trying to let people know what was going on.Drove to Monticello location to be told no one could help until another manager showed up at 9 and it would be an hour wait for me to get copies done because no other employee knew how to do copies. Just simple copies on cardstock.

The kid that helped me had a poor attitude, didnt ask me for my rewards number, messed up both my orders and his appearance was unkempt. I was very disappointed.
