Ive been working here for several months now and they have always been very generous to me and flexible with my college schedule. This company is growing and has big plans, it is a very good ship to sail along with. There is a lot of room to grow and a lot of talented people here helping to make smart processes.
The goals are very achievable if you follow process. The place is extremely clean, the people, and spirit of the company are something you dont commonly see. The equipment is new and the quality is amazing. Its one of the best machining facilities Ive ever seen.
Stay clear. Unobtainable goals with old equipment. Go see the shop for yourself. The idea that you can meet those standards with raw talent is rediculous. With the profit sharing being dependant on achieving said goals, they have yet to pay out the full profit sharing amount since the programs inception. They got me to accept an offer then swap papers on me changing the job at the last minute, after Ive quit my other job of course. Rotten business practices. Get your job offer signed before you turn in your notice and keep a copy for yourself, or they use that opportunity to change the agreement.Edit: reply to owner response.I did contact your hr department. I was met with hostility and denial, and never once offered the job I negotiated for. Although there was discussion, in no way was your hr department looking to reconcile, apologize, or address my concerns. After 8 short minutes on the phone, your hr representative ended the communication.
Great staff
