I visit this pharmacy at least three times a month and every time I go is a pleasure. Theyre located right on I-94, so its to be expected that this particular pharmacy will be busy. The staff is always friendly and courteous whenever I go (Aiyla is especially wonderful) but theres never more than two or three of them behind the counter at a time, so of course theyre easily overwhelmed (especially if theres a line of cars in the drive through and a line of people inside). Theres been a lot of negative reviews about this pharmacy due to the wait time and apparent lack of friendliness, but please take this into consideration the next time youre tempted to smear them all over the internet; from 9 AM to 9 PM the staffs constantly stressed and overwhelmed, how would you yourself fair under those conditions? Theyre only human, just like we are. Please be patient and understanding the next time you visit, it will not go unappreciated. Thank you!

Called to ask about transferring a Rx after buying through Blink Health and neither the pharmacist or the tech knew what I was talking about. Very odd since my family has used Blink before at this location and they’re listed as a provider on BH.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Charting is never right and sold out of my meds with no call ahead stating that they are. Would recommend any other pharmacy!

Had to call 5 times. The first time they put me on hold without even telling me. Called again they put me on hold for 5 mins so I hung up and called again. Took them a while to get my Antibiotics ready. Pulled up to the drive-through they didn’t even asked to put me on hold I am still sitting in the drive-through for 10 minutes.

Worst pharmacy ever. Drove an hour home in rush hour to find out they missed the prescription from my dr. Waited 30 mins with a eye swollen shut to find out that they were trying something new and having a different store fill the prescription for them and they were not done yet. Came back 30 mins later and they said they needed 10 mins more. Went back and found out they were having trouble contacting my insurance so I needed to wait longer. I paid out of pocket just to get the hell out of there. Wouldnt go back if you paid me.
