Bought a used lifted, multi-passenger cart this summer. Only took about a week to have it built after I told them what I was looking for. Cart looked brand new when I picked it up. They have been really good to deal with after the sale. Had a great selection of carts to look at. Love the cart that I purchased and I feel it was a very good value. Would buy from them again.

Not helpful at all over phone was rude and hung up. And proceeded to call me back after the review and and threw a fit cussing me out like a toddler

I bought an EZGO TXT electric golf cart from BlackSmith in the summer of 2020. They provided fair, honest pricing in the sale process. What was most impressive was their service levels. I called in November of 2020 to let them know my headlights that they installed were no longer working. Not having a trailer of my own, Cal drove out to Springville, IA to look at the cart in my garage. He took a look at it and fixed it within minutes! He didnt charge me for driving to my house. Cal and his dad are awesome and I would highly recommend anyone to buy a cart from a good honest small business like Blacksmith Carts.Thank you guys!

Found them to be very nice and helpful. I picked out the one I wanted, drove it and had all my questions answered. They even delivered it the same day to Center Point. Very happy with the entire experience.

Stopped by and John was very helpful describing our options. Grabbed the keys and told us to drive it all we needed.We waited a week to decide and the cart we looked at had been sold, but John remembered us and had another cart and he set it up the way we wanted in just under a day.When we showed up, both John and Cal came right out and jumped right on getting us loaded and secured.Both were very helpful and professional. I bought a used cart from John and Cal...they are friendly; they are helpful. After two years I called to have my cart serviced. Cal remembered me and said he would be here in the next week or two to perform the maintenance. You won’t find a more honest and professional dealership than Blacksmith.

Drove an hour to buy a cart and when asked to drive it they refused. John was the biggest jerk and rude even on the phone. I thought on the phone I took it wrong but he was the same jerk in person! He told me he wasnt playing that game and wouldnt let me drive it. Ill never talk to this guy or go here again.

John is always helpful and knowledgeable.
