My experience with the Monticello pharmacy was amazing. The pharmacists & technicians were so kind and informative. Anyone that goes there will definitely feel the same way as I felt. A short, blonde pharmacist (Alex I think was her name) ensured that I had the correct medication before leaving the pharmacy.Thanks everyone!

Not good. We always get texts saying that our prescriptions are ready. So well drive there or call and they will say they are ready... but there is one tech that ALWAYS says Im sorry, theres something wrong with our computers, it isnt ready. We transferred them elsewhere... she just doesnt know what shes doing obviously.

Go into go get my prescription...too bad they were closed! Dont say you close at 6pm on a Sunday if you actually arent going to be open. Have a sign up if you are going to close early

Pharmacist is very knowledgeable

This pharmacy is the worst constant mistakes prime example called them after the doctor filled a prescription for my sons medication call the pharmacy and the person on the phone said were filling right now then call back 3 hours later because we never received a text which we never get but they claim the send them and then the person on the phone tells us they dont have enough medicine to fill his prescription ok why wouldnt you call and tell us that so we could have made other arrangements at a different pharmacy then at 9pm I get a text saying we couldnt fill your prescription like really this place should be closed to much in Incompetence and the people dont seem to care about the inconvenience that they cause so we will be transferring all our medications to cvs I do not recommend this pharmacy at all beware.
