They forgot to make one of my drinks and they didn’t put the cup to make .But once me and my cousin asked them about it they made it right away .They were so sweet about it and we apologized if it was a inconvenience because they were a little busy but she said it was okay and not to apologize.Before is there was a costumer who made her remake her drink 3 times but she did it with a smile on her face and never complained and was a very happy person to be around .Her name was Taya and she was a new worker it said .She is the best employee I have ever met there she is a 10/10 employee me and my cousin can’t stop talking about how amazing she was .We have worked in a food place since we where little because of my family’s business and it is nice to know that there are good employees who know how to treat people kindly .I would love to have a employee like her work my my family

There has been a couple times now when I order hot chocolate it taste like water. They are always out of my first choice coffee drinks as well.

RE: Pumkin Spice Latte. Had my 1st PSL. Not sure what the hype is all about. The only think I could taste was burnt coffee. Chai Tea Latte has more spice flavor. Very disappointed.

While I can be busy at times they always have superior service very welcoming and quick!

Im really a caribou coffee fan lol 😆 But when Im by a Starbucks & need my caffeine fix I will partake in there shop too I had great service at the one here in Monticello target had to try there new summer drink it was amazing good & they had a mistake a white mocha iced witch was for Free on it soo bonus for me soo a 2 for one nice got to love that anyways had great service here friendly works it was good would come back for sure here

Asked for sweet cream cold foam and got regular cold foam after they already made my drink wrong and had to start over. Ruined my whole drink and tasted horrible salty and bitter. Milk may have been expired.

Awful service stood there waiting for my order to be taken with no one else waiting for 10 minutes. These too girls couldn’t even say I’ll be right with you let alone acknowledge that they had a customer waiting even though they saw me.

Good for you for sticking to coffee instead of a glass of milk. That being said, your prices are way too high for flavored coffee.

Mid day trip and the staff was friendly and chatty. I sure do wish the condiments station would come back, but I dont suspect thatll happen soon.

Was just in here and they were struggling from the start and never improved. Got both the drinks wrong and I didn’t even want to ask them to remake it bc I had been waiting so long and didn’t want to wait even more and make everyone else wait for longer.DO NOT RECOMMEND

Been to this Starbucks a total of one time. They made me a hot chocolate instead of my requested White Chocolate Mocha (huh?), I didnt realize until I was home, 20 minutes away, called and they wont refund my money, Id have to drive back.

Convenient Starbucks while youre shopping at Target. A nice little sit down area as well if your looking to connect to Targets internet and get some work done as well.

Way better than Caribou. Love the flavor of their coffee. Convenient locations.

Good location, can take a bit to order and get out but this is mainly due to layout issues and minimal staffing. Baristas are friendly and efficient, havent had any issues with order accuracy.

This one is so hit or miss. If theres a line forget it there is no hustle back there and half the time my drink has something wrong with it. Please pay more attention!!

I came in to buy some gift cards and the girl behind the counter had such an attitude when I asked if they had any more in back as I needed a larger amount of gift cards. She acted very rude and the whole time while helping me, had the worst attitude. I should’ve not given this one my business and went somewhere else.

They kept making other people’s orders when i ordered before them. i had somewhere to be also. it took 20 minutes.

It is always busy at this location, but typically the orders get made quickly and with a smile. Thank you!
