We were searching for a place to get some chenille patches with our hockey clubs logo made for our end of the season banquet last year. They were intended to be a gift for the seniors on the teams. We were very late with this idea and had an extremely short turnaround time. AST Sports really came through for us! Every single person we dealt with was exceedingly helpful, courteous and very encouraging! (The staff was so accommodating we decided to order our Varsity and JV letters from AST Sports also.) Not only did we get our order exactly when they promised it, ASTs prices were better than the other companies we looked at AND they do all the work here in the United States rather than shipping overseas. The quality was amazing! They really turned out even better than we imagined. The whole Club was really impressed with the new patches. Several people asked if they could purchase one. I have been using AST for over 10 years for my chenille needs. When you look at jackets I have done with chenille from AST compared to jackets done by a much larger company the chenille from AST looks so much better on my jackets to the point I have had the competitor jacket owners ask me to replace the chenille on the jacket. I run a childrens entertainment company and we used AST Sports for logos on the back of our zip ups for our entire company. They turned out beautifully and Kayla got the job done very quickly during a super busy holiday season. We were so appreciative of their customer service, professionalism and quality of the products. I ordered a few more customized zip ups a month ago and they were delivered in a very timely manner. They will also ship them (for a small fee) so we didnt have to go to their store to pick them up. Regarding embroidery, inconsistent at best. Lack of attention to detail. Embroidered logo on crest when sleeve was ordered and written down. Response was, well, I like it, it looks good to me. Well, it is not what I ordered. Will most likely not return. Very dissatisfied. Gave two stars because they waived embroidery fee.Update - In response to the Owners response:It has been 2 years and you are now just responding to this? No, it was not made right. The owner promised she would pay 50% of the new North Face jackets I had to buy to be re-embroidered in the original, correct way. She never did. She did waive the embroidery fee, however. The fix was done poorly (logo not resized properly, appeared to be a rush job). No, I have not been back, nor will I be. There is nothing that can be done to make it right as the owner attempted to and then went back on her word.
