We bought blinds from them and are very pleased with the service and quality of the work. Scott came out to our house and we chose which blinds we wanted. After 2 weeks they arrived and Scott did the installation himself and was obviously very skilled in blinds. Their quality is excellent, we purchased the Hunter Douglas blinds and they had many features I had not seen before that you can adjust. They were a great company to work with and I would highly recommend them!

Steve was our salesman and was very patient with our MANY calls and questions throughout the installation process. The installers Andy and Ryan were polite, professional, asked our opinion often about colors and placement and were fun to listen to as they joked and worked together. I would choose this store again for our next project, and have recommended it to others.

We have had A.E. Michaels install wood flooring in our kitchen, dining area, and main hallway about 3 years ago. They have installed carpet in our living room and our stairway to the upstairs and to the downstairs.Most recently we had them install a ceramic laminate in the foyer of our home. The laminate installers noticed the slightest of drooping at the lip of one of the stairs which we had never noticed. In fact even after he pointed it out to us, it was difficult for us to really see it. I told him, that he must have great eye sight, He said I have been doing flooring for years and I notice the slightest of things. He did not even ask, he just went ahead and took care of it even though he was here to install the laminate and he was not the one who installed the carpet.A.E. MICHAELS INSTALLERS GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ENSURE THAT THEIR WORK IS PERFECTLY INSTALLED.WE WILL ALWAYS USE A.E. MICHAELS FOR ALL OF OUR FLOORING !!

As we were traveling through Monticello, the wife noticed a flooring store, after learning some big box stores are ultimately do it yourself I knew where my flooring skillset was at! Upon return trip, I got the A.E. Michaels name, and did the Google thing. Upon our arrival to the store, my kicking back with basic walkabout on my mind, ( a severe case of arthritis has struck my wife, so she knows how much squish she needs for her feet, and as we pondered this and that ( so many choices) types of carpeting, Scott informed us of the why to a particular application, even in the padding! We got the final measurements done by Scott, and the delivery/ remove/replace was accomplished well in front of the hoped due date.Today was the fun part, so I meandered to the location with a few kitchen parts to move, and a primary view.in my mind of what the completed job would look like. I was stunned at the quality of workmanship, and the artistic reshaping of the primary entryway! Not only did Scotts opinion of the vinyl flooring match our choice, but Chriss reshaping of the entryway gave a very gorgeous form and function! ( for those engineers out there!)Not only is A.E. Michaels an excellent company to do buisiness with, their combined experiences and talents reset the bar to a new level. These people know flooring, both the products, applications needed, and best way to accomplish a real home! The best money Ive spent in a long time!
