I would highly recommend shopping at this location for your next mattress! Mathew kruse helped me find my next bed setup and I enjoyed my time there testing mattresses to narrow my choices. He explained everything nicely, helped me find the best mattress type that would be best for me. It’s a big purchase but it’s worth it. I can’t wait for next Tuesday to get it set up! Too bad I have to wait for my pillows til mid November but I understand why. That purple harmony pillow is amazing. I couldn’t put it down. Definitely give this mattress firm location and their friendly employees a visit before anywheres else. You won’t regret it.

This would be my first place to suggest for someone in need of a bed. Corey was very knowledgeable and had answers to all of our questions. There is a large selection of bed to choose from but not so many that it just confuses you. Plus they color match the beds for firmness so you can see from a glance which is which unlike there competitors who have small print where you cant find what bed it is.

The salesperson was knowledgeable. They answered my questions without putting me under pressure. Even though I did not buy an expensive mattress, they made me feel good about my choice.

We were actually going to another store but it was closed so we decided to check out Mattress Firm and are so glad we did. Hayden Kiely was our sales person and he was great! Really explained everything and let up take all the time we needed to really make a choice. He never tried to stear us to the most expensive item but really wanted us to find the perfect mattress. In the end we purchased a Purple Mattress which was delivered as promised. Would highly recommend Mattress Firm and especially Hayden!

Great experience! Always leery walking into a store with salespeople, but Amanda was super helpful and didn’t pressure my husband or me at all. She helped us find a mattress that fit both of our needs - hubby is a stomach sleeper and I’m a side sleeper. Delivery went great as well. Guys were professional, perfectly set up everything, clearly explained how the mattress system worked with the remote, and didn’t leave until we were satisfied. Nice working with a local company that does its best to impress. Highly recommend!

If I can give a 0 star I would. Dont order your mattress from this place. They dont care at all about customer service. I ordered a mattress 2 months in advance as my parents were flying here from CA to stay with me for the holidays. The day before they arrived I get an EMAIL... no call.. just email saying my mattress will not be delivered. I contacted their support and they said it was due to covid. They didnt offer ANYTHING to substitute and just said were sorry itll be there in 7 days. So my parents are supposed to sleep on the floor for 7 days? I had to scramble to try and find a mattress in less than 24 hours and they are elderly and need certain specifications. They didnt care at all when I pressed them that I need one by tomorrow as my parents have nothing to sleep on and I ordered this 2 months in advance and why am I being notified the day BEFORE. They dont care about customers AT ALL. Dont give these people your money.

Shawnda did a great job with assisting with making an informed decision. She knew about the products that she was selling. My only complaint was that the frames, and other accessories appear to be priced high. The mattresses were comparable to all online stores.

Very helpful and knowledgeable in the store, but prefer shopping on my own and was allowed time to do that. Yesterday my bed was delivered. Very professional, quick set up, signed off, and they were gone. Made the right choice. Slept well.

Seemed to have a decent selection. But, was not impressed with the customer service we received. We got some information from the guy at the desk. He showed us a few mattresses and told us how the color system they have works. Then we wanted to just look around on our own and try out a few. The guys response was snotty. Ill never forget it. He said Well then, youll never find the right mattress for you that way. Good luck with that. Thats why Im here. I was almost in disbelief that he said that. We were literally the only customers in the store and he was the only sales person its not like we were trying to dodge him. I just wanted to try out a few and be able to talk with my husband about them without be hovered over by a sales person. After some time shopping around and stopping in at a few places, we bought our mattress at Slumberland. I wasnt about to give my money to someone like that.

I went in to the burnsville, mn store last week and was helped by Tony, he was very helpful so I purchased a bed without my husband testing beds. He typed up my order for the mattress and told me that I can bring my husband to our local store to try the beds out. So that evening we went to the Monticello mn store where Shawnda picked up where I left off, even though she was busy and I confused her a little bit because my note taking isnt the greatest, she was amazing and patient. I would recommend working with Shawnda anytime.

After purchasing a mattress with an adjustable base and confirming the delivery date ( a week and half from the purchase date) with the in store sales person, I was contacted one day prior to delivery and told the base was not in stock. The delivery was rescheduled for 4 days later. I was NOT contacted prior to the rescheduled delivery date. I had to proactively call the store and was not advised of a delivery date. I still dont have any information as to when the mattress and base will be delivered. I requested that my order be cancelled. This company cannot DELIVER on promises they make. I would definitely shop elsewhere for your mattress.
