I needed some Cool Eaze like you would use to cool off your clippers only I needed it b/c I had burned the back of my shins on the pipes of my 75 Stingray and was in great pain and in a hurry to get back to Warren to pick my babies up from the vet in Warren. I learned that Sally’s brand is good but it takes more of it to ease the pain. Nonetheless, i by was just so blessed Sally had anything at all. McKinley waited on me as well as the store manager who were both so very helpful, knowledgeable, and saved the day for me! I am their biggest fan & best ad for Sally Beauty. GOD BLESS & GO HAWGS!

Yesterday, I visited this store with no clue what exactly I was looking for. All I knew was what I wanted my hair to look like. Both ladies working went out of their way to help me. One spent over an hour describing products to me, telling/ showing me what they do, giving me many options, and answering any questions I had. She told me what other customers who wanted the same look as me chose and even took the time to show me examples of what the outcome might be using certain products. Once I decided what I wanted to do/ what products I was going to use, she explained any directions for the products that I chose that I wasnt sure I understood. Very thankful for good employees, and my hair looks awesome :)

Customer relations is really good at this store. Cashiers are helpful. They have a good supply of products I like.

I buy all my beauty supplies from here nail supplies, hair supplies, and waxing supplies. My only issues is they do not carry the poly gel for nails I am hoping the begin to sell it soon, other wise I will b forsed to buy it online at wish
