I highly recommend Steve, our dryer quit working we called him on Saturday afternoon and our dryer was fixed by Monday evening. He was courteous and gave knowledgeable and honest feedback. Steve didn’t just fix the problem but looked at the whole dryer end even made sure it was venting properly. We were very happy and satisfied with the service.

Steve was quick to answer our call even when we mentioned that we had three appliances that could use repair, the most urgent was the stove that went on the blink the day before. He was able to come out the very next day to diagnose the problem on all three. His pricing was very fair and reasonable. Steve was professional and highly personable. Steve was great, came over and looked things over quickly. Gave me an estimate. Ordered parts and returned late the next day with the parts, a Friday, installed everything inside a half hour for two appliances and then adjusted the labor since things took less time than estimated. Do what you want, I’m not calling anyone else.

I was super impressed with Steve - he was fast, efficient, reasonably priced and friendly. My dryer was really giving him a run for his money and throwing him for a couple loops, but he stayed patient and positive through the whole ordeal. While trying to figure out my dryers specific issues he really went above and beyond to get it working again! Just such a wonderful, down to earth guy! Great All-around!We live in Monticello:Our washing machine needed service. I called and left a message mid-morning. It was just a short time later that Steve texted me back, confirmed that he got my request and gave me his ETA to check it out, between 3-5 the next day. He checked to see if texting was OK, or if I preferred phone calls. We exchanged maybe a couple more texts.He texted me well before 3, saying he was on his way, again with ETA. He was spot-on time.He was very friendly and helpful. He found the problem and gave me a very clear estimate. He needed to order the part, and told me when it would be in. The next day he texted me his ETA. Once again spot-on time, actually I think he was about 10 early. Repair went quickly and just as he quoted for price.BOTTOM LINE: I will call again if I ever need any service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to everyone!

Very quick response to my call and fit me in quickly. Extremely professional, honest and didn’t fix something to make a buck but instead have me an estimate and his honest opinion of what he would do. In my case it was getting a new washing machine. He even gave me resources where to find one.

This guy is a scam, all these good reviews are from people that dont do any research. This guy charge for parts four times higher than original price. He claims the parts are new with warranty when they are not. Warranty is garbage ( please read small text in contact).... He will charge you $80 again if a part fails and he brings another one to replace it (of course, another used part and you have to pay him again if that one fails too). When he talks, he try to make you believe nobody knows more than him. Is your own fault if you do and you will pay for it. 💰💰💰

Steve was prompt, curteous, and honest. He came out to my house in Becker to fix our washer.The washer was repairable, but the repairs would have cost nearly the same as a replacement washer, so Steve advised us not to fix it, but rather to buy a new one. He even advised us on which models would be the best choice.

Called Steve over weekend. He called back on that Saturday night and set the next Monday service date. Came out and fixed my drier on Monday. Told me what was wrong and what caused it to go bad . Felt very comfortable with his knowledge in the appliance business. I live in Albertville and know that I have an Appliance specialist that I can count on.

Over the years Steve has fixed our dryer, dishwasher and now fridge. Weve been using him since at least 2007. Hes consulted us over the phone to see if we could solve our own problem without having to pay him to come out, which we appreciate. Hes honest (told me it wouldnt be worth it to fix my stove) and his repairs have held up. Price seems fair (and always significantly cheaper than replacing!) and he is timely. Its nice to have a trustworthy person to call when an appliance breaks down.

Steve fixed my 2016 (!!) Samsung dryer within 24 hours of reaching out. His vm says you can text him, so I texted him a video & he responded right away. He replaced the rollers and pulley at an affordable price at my home in Otsego. When I used it a few days later, it worked great but made a little funny noise. I texted him a another video, he came back the same day, no charge, fixed it and apologized. (it was nothing major this time... lose screw maybe?? I cant remember). I would recommend Steve and will use him again if I need an appliance repaired. Great service, quick response, polite, friendly, and reasonably priced. Its now been a few days of many loads in the dryer and its working like new! :-)
