They picked up the equipment in early 2016 but keep charging me like I have their very expensive concentrator. They recently got paid $400.00 for one month by my insurance company but I called and that was quickly reversed. I dont know how to get them to stop the harassing bills for something I dont owe. Be warned - get a receipt if they pick something up. Dont be fooled by their cordial greetings.

Equipment ordered and Insurance approved on May 3, 2018 - still waiting as of June 17, 2018. Do not use them. Will not return calls. No help. Avoid at all costs.

WORST Oxygen co. to deal with ! Good luck !!! None of them seem to know what they’re doing over there! And you will most definitely get the runaround no matter if you call the local office or the billing department! They could care less about their stupid jobs!
