Love this place. The Tavern is a must try sandwich. I promise you will not be disappointed.

The service was amazing. I was on a doordash order but the restaurant was super clean and the workers were extremely nice and very attentive. The food looked amazing and the prices pretty good for the amount of food you get. If you havent tried this place you definitely should!

I purchase at the Prattville location a half of honey baked ham and the turkey breast on 12/15/2020. We tasted the turkey breast on 12/20/2020 and it did not taste good. The expiration date on the turkey was 12/18/2020 which I did not notice. I also noticed that the Ham which has not been opened expiration date of 12/23/2020. Both of these products were to be used for Christmas. I spoke to the manage at the Montgomery store and they would not exchange the turkey or ham. Nor would they stand behind the quality of the product. I do not recommend purchasing from Honey Baked Ham store in either location.

Me and my dad had the honey baked ham sandwich yesterday July 20, 2020 a little after 12 noon. I can easy say that it was the worst sandwich I have ever had in my life. The ham tasted like it was poison!! The ham tasted very old and the sugar on the ham skin looked like a different color. I didn’t even eat my sandwich, what a waste. I was very very disappointed. I would never eat here again. Plus the location is bad also! I thought to give it a try since it’s the only honey baked ham in Montgomery area. Do not waste your time here! The food isn’t fresh!

The line was out the door when I arrived, but moved pretty steady. I really enjoyed the conversation I had with the people around me and once I was up front, the crew gave me excellent service. Store could be a little closer to my house though ( lol).

I truly believe they need to move the location. Presentation isnt speaking when stores next to your building arent open. The service was okay. They did have customer service but she answered my questions by directing me to read my own menu. The food was the only thing good.

The staff here is always friendly. I have only enjoyed ham during the holiday season from this location but everyone is always kind and helpful, EVEN WITH the holiday rush. I have witnessed the staff take the time to patiently help a first timer decide on a meal choice while making waiting customers feel like they arent waiting at all and thats hard to do. I have visited many Honey Baked Ham locations throughout the Southeast region and this location deserves an award for their customer service and friendly atmosphere. I dont know anyone personally at this location but I always feel like family or a close friend when I walk in. The MGR here (at least I think thats who he is) is awesome and it shows through his staff. This location = AWESOME!!!!

I would give it zero stars if I could. The meal I got with the boneless ham was sub standard. I would do my homework or visit the place before you buy if I were you. The food is overpriced and under prepared. It came so you would have to cook it yourself. Don’t take my word for it, visit the place for yourself. The side dishes come in a box like in a grocery store. You would do better in a grocery store. The ham had no good size at all. What I am saying to you is get your self up and physically go there for yourself; people have different opinions, likes and dislikes. Maybe I am wrong, but you will know when you see it

Ordered Thanksgiving Dinner delivered. SERVING SIZE TOTALLY WRONG. Package says feeds 12 barely feeds 6. I added 4cups of green beans to that casserole and 2cans mashed sweet potatoes to that one. A DISASTER..luckily someone brought extra dressing.

Bought a ham from here for Christmas, it was very good! Will be back to get another one.

I loved the ham it was so perfect for Christmas dinner and I got three sides. I want so happy with the green bean casserole I prefer French beans in that but the sweet potato casserole is to die for
