We were 2+ hours from home and realized my husband didn’t have enough insulin for the weekend. I went to this CVS and they were very courteous to call my pharmacy and have his Rx transferred. I was there less than 30 minutes and they were EXTREMELY busy but didn’t let their customer service be compromised! Will use them again for any needs while in Montgomery!

Store is convenient for a last minute late night run,however the front of the house employees are beyond rude and tend to be bothered by simple request for assistance or general questions. Although this store is close to my home,I avoid going there if there are other options.

Nice associates, good deals, lots of great coupons, very clean and organized. I even bought some very nice blouses at a very good price.

Pharmacy staff is a joke at best. Rude and could care less about actually helping customers.

Theres a noticeable lack of convenience stores in this area.  This CVS is old...old looking, at least.  Maybe I think that because Im used to CVSs and Walgreens stores being newly built across the street from each other in my area.  Whatever the reason, this CVS needs some rehab work.  The lady behind the counter was very nice and took our money for a couple of cold drinks as we explored Montgomery.

This CVS pharmacy has went downhill in last six months. It’s our neighborhood store but the pharmacist does not like to answer your questions and when you pick up your medications they are wrong not the right number pills on your prescription you have to sit there and count them they will not answer your phone calls and always act like they’re too busy to help a customer. Friendly service is a thing of the past. When prescription medication is left to be refilled the customer has to call back over and over. We make the drive to wetumpka most of time. The differences between day and night in there.

I only bring prescriptions here when it is absolutely necessary. The pharmacy staff is rude and it can literally take hours to get a prescription filled. On my most recent trip, my interaction with a pharmacy tech consisted of the following conversation.PT: Are you going to wait for the prescription?Me: That depends on how long itll take.PT: Around 30 minutes.Me: Um, no, Ill come back in 30 minutes.PT: Then, it will be ready in an hour.Me: What?PT: If you leave and come back, it will be a waste of our time because you wont be here in 30 minutes.Me: I live a mile from here. I will be back in 30 minutes.PT: Fine, it will be ready in 30 minutes.When I returned 35 minutes later, I still had to wait an additional 20 minutes.It is not a rare occurrence for a prescription to be promised at X time only for it to be prepared once you arrive.I loathe having to get prescriptions filled here.

I work for a local physicians office and we have the worst service with this location. Case in point: we had a 3-way conversation with a patient and a pharmacy staff member about why they cannot manually fax refill request forms to us. Not only was the staff member a bit rude but he also hung up on us and the patient. Not to mention our staff is usually on hold for a long time with them, sometimes 30 minutes. I would not recommend people using CVS.

I have had nothing but a great experience, I am new to the area and all the employees at this CVS were friendly and the pharmacy had a question about my insurance and called me and I was able to get it taken care of.No problems here! Will definitely recommend to my friends !

For most of the last 20+ years I have received good service at the CVS Pharmacy but the last few months have been horrendous. It has taken them two or three days to fill even pain medications. Calls are greeted by surly and rude attendants. I surmised at first this CVS was swamped with customers from the store closed on Lower Wetumpka Rd but the service has not gotten any better.

Ive always been treated very well in this CVS. With the Zip bar and Gas station across the street I understand why they are very cautious when people come in to shop. I really like that they are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

I have used this pharmacy for YEARS! Once upon a time they were a wonderful pharmacy. The head pharmacist (Frank I believe was his name) was so helpful... he was just amazing. The rest of the staff was too! But in the last several months (going on a year), it has gone straight to sh**. I was a loyal customer... I used this pharmacy to fill my prescriptions and my childrens prescriptions all the time. But, the last time I used it, is/was the absolute last time I will ever use it. The customer service is garbage. The wait is ridiculous. Even when you drop it off and they tell you a time to come back to pick it up... it isnt ready... ever. Then you get told another couple of hours and even then youll be lucky to have it filled. I will never use it again. Now, as far as the store itself goes... I will continue using it for over the counter meds as well as other things I might be able to purchase there... but NOT THE PHARMACY!!!!

I have done business here for years and have never experienced anything other than efficient, professional, and courteous service.

If You like forwarding your mail cause thats how long it took just to drop off a prescription!!

I enjoy the friendly greeting when I walk through the door no matter what race I am I feel welcomed at this CVS.

You have made it too hard to get my prescriptions since you are no longer open 24 hrs. I work long hrs 7 days a week and need to be able pick my prescriptions in the middle of the night.

Staff will try to help but they dont know how to take passport pictures. It took me 3 visits to teach them how to take pictures. A 0.5 mile away Walgreen took 5 minutes to do. So pathetic.

The pharmacy stole pills form my script. I went back and the pharmacist that filled the script of 30 pills said he counted them twice but there was only 28 pills in the bottle. They gave me the pills and I changed to the CVS pharmacy on the corner of Coliseum and Atlanta why. They shorted me one pill of my script and I went back and they said there couldnt give me the other one. I even called the police and met an officer at the pharmacy . They told Her the same thing so if you get you medicine from CVS you need to pour them out and count them with the pharmacist watching. Im now with Walgreens and they havent shorted me yet. The pills they were stealing are a favorite among dope heads and sell for a good price on the street. On a 1-10 scale I rate them 0.

I used to wonder how this pharmacy had evaded a shooting. In the past I found it to be terribly unorganized, as prescriptions were lost and customer service was lacking. However, there is a new pharmacist on the scene, Cedrick Kousok. My interactions with Mr. Kousok and his team have been outstanding. He has a genuine interest in your care making sure your prescriptions are timely and properly dispensed. I hope CVS can keep Mr. Kousok happy, as he seems to be a competent and compassionate pharmacist.

This is the most disrespectful pharmacy on the planet. Amber the girl that helped me has a grotesque filthy nasty attitude. I contacted the district manager Evan about Ambers horrible attitude and the pharmacist Bobby Holden yelling at me when Amber wanted me to leave the drivethrough window with my son who has cp in the back seat so she can help other customers behind me . All i wanted to know if my insurance would pay for my meds. She loudly and most rudely told me that I have to call her i an hour just to find out if my ins would pay for my meds. I asked her why she cant just pull it up while im here right now. She told me because she has other Customers thats why. I am in the process of contacting their regional manager and then i will let CVS headquarters know. I am AFRAID to even pick up my meds the way Amber and Bobby Holden verbally attacked me !

U would think by now employees would stop greeting customers with yes Sr. They have been calling me Sr. For at least ten yrs I do leave them and go back cuz they are closer but the worst part is them hanging up on me every time I call and my meds are alays wrong

Every time I call about prescriptions, I get THE RUDEST PEOPLE on earth. Maybe you should have a class on phone customer service and customer service in general! At this time at this store it doe not exist in the Pharmacy! If they are that stressed out, hire extra people! Always rude and get the run around. I was out of my blood pressure pills, no offer to get them from another store. I bugged them on 2ND day and fin as lly got 3 pills. Then pill truck was late due to Colombus day. Whole pharmacy just a mess!

Im surprised the Pharmacy hasnt killed anyone yet. They are the most incompetent health care workers I have ever seen... and Im kinda old.
