Call in over the phone to inquire about shoes that were available and to make a purchase online and have them ship to Montgomery, Al location for pick up. The sales rep, Linda stated that they had several shoes on sale. I then I inquired about what styles that were available On sale, that I could look at online, and she goes to say we just have several! That was it. I was WOW by that answer, which I was going to make a purchase today. Very unprofessional customer service by Sales Rep, LINDA....

Customer service is the worst. Lynda, was at the register and totally ignored me, but went far and beyond to assist another guest. In fact, in boostful manner. Another worker, Ashley came out from the back and assisted me, actually going out the way to assist me.The sad part is, when a group of others (whites) walked in.....everyone made themselves available. Im starting to believe its a Montgomery thing.

I am very disappointed by my visit to this store. Online it showed that this location would be open until 10pm (12/28) and upon my arrival at 9:10, the store was locked and the salesman said they were closed and that the online documented times of operation was incorrect.

Do remember but must have been good visit

Went to purchase a pair of retro 2 in my sons size, the cashier pulled the match off the wall, I told him it was dirty, he didnt care. When he told manager he was instructed to clean the shoe, he came back with a brush dripping with cleaning solution and a wet hand. Stuck his wet hand in the shoe and began to scrub. Owww nasty. I asked if he would knock something off the shoe and he said no. Like not even tax, or 2.00. I purchased a bigger size cause I didnt want the wet nasty shoe. The Customer service SUCKS!!!

I saved this review for today, because last night after our experience with these clowns, I’m sure it would have been more emotional. My daughter wants a new pair of Jordans, so we walked into this location optimistically that we would find the right pair. After trying one pair and realizing we needed another size, the woman working in the store told us “I can’t go get them, because im busy” WOW. WE WERE FLOORED BY THIS. I GUESS WE ARE THE WRONG COLOR TO RECEIVE SERVICE FROM THIS OBVIOUSLY RACIST REMARK. SHE WAS HELPING ALL THE BLACKS WHILE THE HARD WORKING TAX PAYERS GET NO SERVICE. WE DIDNT GET HER NAME WE WERE SO PISSED. this is why we moved out of this god forsaken state. Good luck! Now we know we made the right decision leaving Alabama and it’s 1800’s mentality. That is why everyone is right. The South SUX
