Glad I found this place! Lovely space, very open floor plan but very warm at the same time. You can sit, have your (very reasonably priced) coffee and snacks, socialize, let the little one roam and relax. Stephanie, the manager, is super personable and welcoming. Been looking for exactly this since we moved here! What a relief!

We love Blue Cocoon!! I have a 4 & 2 year old and they stay busy and have a blast the entire time we are there. The toys are high quality and there are usually unique toys that I haven’t seen before!This place can save my sanity when I need a little time to myself! I can enjoy a coffee while just keeping an eye on the kids. Then I can usually count on them taking a nap when we leave! It’s a win for all!!

My 2 year old loves this place. Very clean and safe playing area. One of our top choices for play dates.They offer snacks, drinks and packaged Mac and Cheese. However, I wish they would offer a full menu with more food/meal options.

Really like the store very welcoming a little over priced for the products and food the kids area is very nice a lot of stuff for them to play with.However they need to do somthing with the floor they are super slick especially with socks. Kids who are learning how to walk doesnt have a change it is like a skating rink. My child wiped out pretty good a few times because she is not used to hardwood floor with socks.I doubt I will be back to that reason that is the last thing I need is for my child to slip in socks and really hurt herself.

I love this store. It has a lot of cute baby items and the owner is a lactation consultant so its great if you need breastfeeding supplies or if you want to be a natural mama. They also have classes for mommies and babies. Warning: this place may be addicting

I was very eager to visit this store, unfortunately the owner was very rude. I was referred by a friend to visit the shop, but when I arrived the owner was rude after I had said that I was not going to purchase a bag because it was less on amazon, she stated, amazon is the killer of small businesses. Then she ignored me the rest of the trip. I was fully prepared to overpay for other items such as a scarf nursing cover, and a battery pack for my pump, but because she was rude and full of lousy customer service, I will find another shop to patronize. I understand small business will not always be the same price point, what you pay for is customer service, and it is just not here at this shop.

The play area is nice and clean. There are lots of toys to choose from. Today we went to the sensory class and I found it overpriced. We payed $15 and some odd cents. While the teacher and other moms were friendly and welcoming, the class consisted of playing in a tub of speghetti noodles and veggies/fruit and then we made a painting with the veggies/fruit from the tub. I tried to justify the cost by thinking telling myself that admission to the play area was included, but it just didnt seem worth it to me. I will go back to play in the cafe/common area because I think its well priced, but I dont think I would do the class again.

I have tried to like this shop and give them the benefit of the doubt three separate times, but each time has been a MAJOR disappointment. The staff knows nothing about carriers and made suggestions that I know to be unsafe and wrong. The owner is disorganized and rude. I try to shop local first, but this shop will get no more of my time or money!

Great shop for new mommas.

Worst attitude for a customer, rude staff and everything there is expensive, be aware for Birthday parties that they have hiding fees.
