The cleanest most organized tire shop I’ve ever been to in my 44 years of living. They provide a viewing window so you can make sure your car is being tended to with care. The price they provided, even with the $25/tire warranty, still beat all the other competitors by $100. Mike was super helpful. My appointment was scheduled. Their uniforms are clean which shows their attention to professionalism and detail. I was going to walk to breakfast, but they’re so fast that I’m afraid they’ll be done before I finish my chicken biscuit.

I went to Discount Store on the Blvd two weeks ago because I felt something was going on with my tires. My car will read the correct psi but not tire position. So, they were supposed to have checked ALL of my tires! I had a blowout this morning on the way to work. Thanks for half doing your job

One of my tires was low yesterday, but Asst. Mgr. Zachary Peffer fixed me up right away. He checked the air and added air as necessary in all of the tires, visually inspected them in the process, and told me if the one tire leaked down on me again, he would try to find the problem and fix the tire for free. I explained I had bought the tires elsewhere, before his store even existed, he said that didnt matter. When Zachary learned that I needed a few zip ties to secure a tag to my trailer, he gave me more than enough to complete my project. He provided all of this service with a friendly disposition. I bought my last set of tires from this store, and I plan on buying my next set from Discount Tire because the level of service I received yesterday is typical of this store.

Super nice and professional! We had a separated tire on the way back from the beach, and this place got us back on the road quickly and at a good price, they even plugged and patched another tire that had picked up a nail

Great experience! I bought a full set of tires and replaced a tire with them in the last couple of months. They were terrific! The front desk managers were friendly, understood my car and tires, and were very efficient. I scheduled two appointments with them. The car was done in 30 minutes the first time and 10 minutes the second time. The guys/gals working on my cars were like pit crews--very focused, organized, quick and efficient. I trust them.

Cant say enough about this company, and the staff at their Montgomery, Alabama location. While traveling on a very busy I-65 south with my family I felt our tire going low. This was late on a Saturday afternoon. I had stopped 3 times to put more air in the tire and was concerned for our safety. I called four tire places and no one couldget us in...THEN, I called Discount Tire..they understood my dilemma and told me to come right over. This was during a tropical storm, BTW. When I arrived they got right to work. Before they took the tire off I told them if a repair was not possible, go ahead and replace the tire.Inless than 30 minutes the manager came out and told me a piece of metal had punctured the tire and it was fully repaired. When I asked what I owed he replied, Nothing Were glad we could help you get on your way. What great customer service! Discount Tire just earned themselves a new customer here in Ohio. I have been a loyal Discount Tire customer for about 17 years. I have had excellent service and have recommended them to many friends and family. Well no more. I was loosing air in my tire with their road hazard warranty. Im in Montgomery Al. I go to the store. A man came out looked at the tire. He said that because of the wear on the inside of the tire. They could not repair it. I would have to buy a tire. So I took it to an independent tire company and paid to patch 2 nails in the tire. The tire tread is pretty even across the tire. (See photo) My opinion is the warranty is not worth the money. Since they didnt honor it. They are on a quota to sell tires and not repair them. Discount Tire has lost a long-term multi vehicle customer. Never again will I purchase tires from them.

Everybody extremely nice and talk to him about buying a set of tires. I didnt like the fact he charged me $8 to remove a tire from a rim from a rim they could not fix the tire. So they charge me $8 to take it off the rim. This will probably determine if I want to buy tires from them.

Great prices. Great costumers service. Amazing employees. You can not beat the deals here. An average shop will charge you an arm and a leg. With a limited warranty. These guys offer a lifetime warranty. Not only on the tires; but rotate and balance.

Very happy with my tire purchase but they didnt reset my check tire light. I thought for the amount of money charged they would include resetting the light. Now i have to buy a keyfob from the dealership, get it programmed, then reset the light. But yes i would still recomend them.

Everything was explained to me in great detail. I bought a tpms sensor from ebay and had them installed it and programmed on my 2016 Ford Fusion for $20! 👍
