Took my 2014 Mercedes C250 in for paint repair - Mercedes Mars Red Paint is know for the clear bubbling up and away from the color. The workers in the office kept me informed on where they were along the way in the getting the paint repair done. Unfortunately I’ll prob have to be back up there again unless Mercedes does a complete recall on the issue. I would highly recommend Jack Ingram body shop as your place to go!

It took 6 weeks to get an appointment for body work. They were also to have oil changed, car detailed, and recall fixed on my Q7. They kept the car one day short of 5 weeks and did not have oil changed, recall fixed nor was it detailed. I had to call them each week for updates. It was damaged the 1st week no in November 2020 They finally took the car early February, and I received it last weekend. The tires were not rotated as promised so it will have to go back again.

Good work done on my cars bumper; dents removed and perfect color match. Lack of masks in a small office area and lack of a phone call for 2 weeks after additional parts came in (car was drivable & fixed this whole time) is what keeps it from a 5* experience. Would recommend.

Personally, they are unprofessional. They kept my car for a month, relaid incorrect information to me and my mom, and said the car wasnt fixed on time b/c it wasnt set by appt but i was in a hit and run, make it make sense! it doesnt. When i called they seemed like i was an inconvenience to them everytime. Mr. Jon attempted to correct the mistakes but in the end i was not 100% satisfied with their customer service. Which is why they have 3 stars. they lack interpersonal and communication skills

Took my Audi Q5 in for repairs and Jack Ingram worked with my insurance company to get the repairs covered. The time frame for the repair was very accurate and any time I called to check on the vehicle I was treated very professionally.

From the time I arrived at the business I was very happy with the experience. Mr Williams was professional from the moment I met him, extremely pleasant and friendly, willing to talk with me and take the time to listen to me. The repair was done in a timely manner, and made my car look almost new.

We have broke down on the side of the road and called your dealership and was treated very poorly by the lady who answers phone this morning. She clearly stated the service department was closed and never once asked if there was any way you all could help. My husband has been a Mercedes Benz technician in Nashville for 20 years. You would think that at a Mercedes dealership you would be treated with some respect, not like you are a complete nobody who’s NOT in a broke down Mercedes in the middle of nowhere and this dealership is the closest! We will be taking our business else far out of the way. Hands down the worst customer service EVER

They are extremely talented with their craft and care of the vehicles. These gentleman truly took care of my car and restoration looks as if nothing ever happened. I take pride in my care of the few things that I possess and I feel as if I had completed my car myself. I hope that they continue to blow the minds of their customers as they have mine. This place sucks! The customer service is horrible and they take their sweet time on your vehicle. The quality of work is not that good. I took my car there for a simple fix and i didn’t receive it back until after a month later not to mention it took me a month to book an appointment . I had to call several people just to get my car back in a decent time. The guy Kerry avoid at all cost. I will not be going back to Jack Ingram and of their dealerships. I don’t advise their establishments to anyone.

If you buy a vehicle from one of Jack Ingram’s many dealerships, do not set your hopes up to have it repaired at Jack Ingram’s body shop. You would think a body shop would have a sufficient flash light to assess and take pictures of scratches and other damage. Not the case here. Bring your own flash light. And it seems as if Casey doesn’t want to be bothered by what he considers to be “minor” jobs that have to be filed through insurance. Maybe you will get a better experience if you pay out of pocket.

I dropped my car off around April 3rd for repairs and it has been nearly 30 full days and my vehicle has not been fixed. The guy Im dealing with is hardly in and when I drop in, hes blaming the delay on the insurance company/appraiser. The insurance company says that the dealership can determine if damage has been done and paint the hood of my suv which is clearly evident. This is all unacceptable, unprofessional and simple laziness. I only came to Jack Ingram because in the past, the reputation was one of quality and treating customers fair but when you hire and have people who dont care about the business or the customer, thats what you get. Once I get my vehicle back, I will NEVER visit Jack Ingram business again. Id rather travel to Atlanta where I know the customer services and employees care about the customer and work they do and work is done with quality and in a timely manner.

Terrible. Customer service and quality of work are terrible. Dropped our car off in August for a paint job and had to get the owner of Jack Ingram involved to get our car back by Christmas. Stay away from this place.

Horrible customer service...2 weeks to get an appointment...2 weeks to repair, 2000.00 priced over estimates...im sitiing here waiting to get my car, while they dont greet me n one gou hasnt moved from his computer while the other guy is heloing someone. Lord knows they better have my car right!
