All Tim do is lie car sat so long it started rusting out badly. Paid $1000 for cut line and got 3 weeks worth of lies on a job that he said 4 days and it will be done. Then had the nerves to say he is not giving me money back. People don’t understand once u give a receipt you entitled to do what’s in details.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst body shop and work Ive ever seen or had to deal with! They had my car almost 2 months!!! My lights dont work, my turn signal doesnt work, the gas was gone out of my car, the paint doesnt match, there are runs in the paint, they painted my windshield sprayers, my hood will not stay open on its own as it should, they didnt complete the body work in the back, screws missing in the wheel wells, overspray everywhere and even on the bumper, there is still debre from the accident stuck in the motor compartment and in the axle, mud on the brakes . When I went to look at the car and could tell it didnt look right i contacted my insurance company immediately and asked for an inspector to come check it out before it left the lot. The next morning Tim the manager left a nasty voice-mail on my phone basically threatening to put my car into storage and cost me a good chunk if change as he said to get my vehicle back on top of the work and the parts he put into it. When I went in to get my car out of there Tim was on the phone and wouldnt even acknowledge i was there. Didnt give me paperwork, his employee simply took the cashiers check that he demanded for payment because he would charge me $300 otherwise to use my debit card !!! This guy is a con artist! I discourage anyone from ever using this body shop!!!

The owner Tim betrays to be a good professional person. Instead all tim does is lie. It took for over a month for my vehicle to be done after constantly being lied to saying it would be ready every other day. He lacks urgency abs care for the operation of his business. My vehicle was given back to me with my paint still messed up and they didn’t properly put my fender on causing it to clash with my door every time I open it. I had difficulties with Tim about the timely manner of my repairs, upon speaking to Tim he aggressively yelled at me on the phone and hung up. Do not go to them and sadly this is a black owned business.

Service was good and the salesperson gave me some good advice. Def gonna take my car to them when Im ready.

Its was the worst experience ever it took Tim 4 months to do the work and the work was terrible he is a BIG LIAR and the worst shop in town .... he didnt paint or do my body work till I start coming up ever day to check on my car I would never refer him to anybody stay away from that shop

First of all I drop my car off June 20 2018 and just got it back yesterday and my car was not even put back together right and was not even done better for how long it was gone.. They left tape on my fender and they broke my glass and didnt even get the glass out the car if anyone read do not go there, they have terrible service they are rude and does not care about the customer only the money.

Tim and his staff are true professionals who do excellent work and enjoy what they do. Highly recommend.

Took my Cadillac Escalade to have it buffed and waxed and to have window shades installed on back windows. They glued them together and the glue was dried up on the outside it looked awful! My grandson could have done a better job! He argued with me and my wife and I felt threatened. Dont go there if you want Quality work, professionalism and good customer service.

They can paint cars real good and all the staff very professional and friendly. Wil be doing more business with them

They Scratched up my Chrome trim on my car. Left a dry spot when they painted my car and left paint on my windows. I wish I just would have did it myself.
