All of the dinner items prepared were fine, however temps were warm.unfortunately,Too slow of service .which is probably do to, lack of help.Too much Lag time, between actors (show in your car.)you forget, what was the last act about..Boredom sets in & u start looking at your phones. At times it was hard to hear the actors with their masks on.... Not something I would bring children too. Reserve 3 hrs. of time.

The actors were awesome…Even though they had to learn a new show in less than 24 hours (I think one of the actors was sick) we were told they we may see them with a script..they pulled it off..no scripts..& they did a great job! Really entertaining, great food & service..We even saw a rainbow 🌈..planning on going back for the Christmas show! Highly recommend!!

I celebrated my 28th birthday on the train and it was a very fun experience. I would recommend going on it at least once. The food was great. Matt and Erica were great servers and very diligent with requests. The actors were funny and super nice. I gave 4 stars for small reasons. I could hear the actors in a separate section of the car. The only thing that separated us was a curtain so it kind of ruined the ambiance of the show for me. Another small thing was the ending; didn’t make much sense, but that’s just me. Other than that, I would definitely do it again!

This train was ride was amazing. Just the whole experience was awesome. The service was good, the train ride was good and the food was delicious. The murder mystery play was very funny and very entertaining. The waiters and waitresses worked very hard and they were always on the go. The actors did an amazing job at their part of the play. The bathrooms are very nice and well clean. They also give you a lot of food which was a 6 course meal with a salad, grapes and cheese, tomato soup, bread, a strawberry cake and the main attraction which was 3 options for the meal which was chicken, fish or prime rib. I got the prime rib and it was DELICIOUS. The seasoning was fantastic and the mashed potatoes were great. I totally recommend this place to go with your family or friends for an amazing experience.

The murder mystery train was by far one of my favorite experiences that I can’t wait to do again! The train was very clean! And it was a little tight, but it’s a train so i think it comes with the experience! The actors of course were amazing, interactive, funny and wonderful to be around. They used up to date improv and made you feel apart of the show. The food on the train was beyond excellent and made to perfection. I recommend the prime rib HIGHLY. I would also like to point out that my mother in law has a latex allergy and they use latex gloves, however, the chef came out personally to tell her that he would prepare her food personally, and with a non latex glove, and he sure did exactly that. Her courses always came out separate and we were so thankful for that. I can’t wait to experience all this little train has to offer at different times of the year!

Service on the other hand was slow. Ariel was great and although under pressure maintained great service. Marcelo lacked customer service. He even rolled his eyes when we asked for something like more water. He said they ran out of clean glass, no extra sugar or creamer. They canceled it then murder mystery wanted to call me back w an apology & to reschedule reservation for me & my husband . It’s just seniors barking in your ear from a foot away ! Amazing experience. I would absolutely recommend doing this. The show is phenomenal, hilarious and very interesting. The cast is perfection, they manage to be both funny and intriguing at the same time. The signature drinks are quite tasty, and the food is good as well, it comes very fast too which is nice. Considering its a 4 hour ride, they do a great job of spacing everything out so you never have to wait too long for anything. The staff deserves a lot of credit for this, they are all super sweet too. I would definitely do this again and I will recommend this to everyone.

First, let me say the staff was great. Completely professional and great customer service. Could use more training. Oh... my server called me a cow killer as he handed me my knife. So... that’s a problem. The train itself was clean and the seats were comfortable. The table, however, was overly filled. There was way too much stuff on the table for the tiny space. That’s an easy fix.The actors: you would think it would be better based on the ticket price, so I can’t say “you get what you pay for”; but it was for sure entertaining. The actors did a great job staying in character, but the story line is just subpar. Buuuuut, entertaining, nonetheless. The food: AWFUL! Completely awful. My family ordered the salmon, DO NOT GET. It was horrible. I tried a piece, couldn’t even get to the chewing. Touched my tongue and I spit it right out. Actually looks as if the food was microwaved. I had the steak- most of it was pure fat- see pictures. I seriously could not believe it.This was the first event on my bachelorette itinerary... very disappointed. Not worth the price.

This was my second time. I went with two friends. The mystery show and the actors are great and I would enjoy seeing them perform another mystery.Food: it was ok. You do get a lot of food. There is a plate on each table with cheese, crackers, and grapes. You then get soup (flavorful), salad (Caesar, not my favorite), entree (choice of chicken, salmon, or prime rib). I got the salmon and it was fully cooked, but pretty bland. Sides were flavorful. Friends got prime rib and loved it. Then everyone got cake for dessert.Service: seemed like a mess this time. Compared to the last time I was there, it was a joke. One server in particular was unprofessional and obnoxious. I will call her H. H shouted through the car, tried to make poor jokes with the passengers, and get her fellow servers to join her. Luckily they didnt bite. At one point both my friend and I wondered if she was high because of her erratic behavior. Maybe she was trying to audition for an acting spot...who knows? She just delivered poor service and it made me wish I was in another car.I will definitely go back and I hope H was having an off night, but it really put a damper on the evening.

Im giving 2 stars completely to the actors they were definitely the shining stars to this experience! We celebrated my birthday there with 3 other couples. When we tried to order drinks there was no olive juice for our dirty martinis which surprised me seeing that the price for this experience is almost $100 a person. The request for extra dirty was met with unpleasant body language. OK fine... none of us are big drinkers and we drove about an hour to do the dinner train but it wouldve been nice for my dirty martinis to be dirty. The guys all ordered the Prime Rib and loved it but were disappointed in the instant potatoes ... The ladies ordered the chicken but they turned out to be dry and really not good... Again I think for $100 a person that the chicken/food be tasty. Oh and the cheese platter consists of 4 individual wrapped slices cheese 4packets of smashed crackers and a handful of grapes... Again for $100 per person I really expected more. Its a really good idea but not executed well. We wont do it again

Everything was fresh, tasty, and served promptly in between scenes of the mystery skits. The actors were really good. Their voices projected even over rude people talking. There were some things I was unable to eat on the menu due to my gluten allergy, such as the soup and the desert, but our waitress was able to get me extra salad to make up for the soup. I think they change the soup and desert every so often, so future gluten-free passengers may have better luck. The sights to be seen during the ride start out a little rough, but quickly become a beautiful view of nature. We saw the sun set on the river water and passed through some sucluded woods before reversing course. It was also a fun to ride on a train that is around 100 years old give or take. The show was also entertaining. It was my first time doing a murder mystery dinner and I wasnt sure what to expect. The cast were fun to watch and the information to help you solve the crime was all there if you paid close attention. Just remember, there are no throw away lines. The ticket price was high, but when you consider everything you get with it and break it down, the value is there. While its not something I would plan to do often, it is something fun to do once in a while especially if you tend to be the kind of person who tries to guess whats going to happen next in the movie, much to your friends annoyance.I would do this again

The actors and the wait staff were wonderful. The show was funny. The performances were spectacular. Our servers were prompt and courteous. Everyone was very professional. They give you a sheet to write down clues to try to figure out who committed the murder, but I was more interested in just being entertained... and I was! I did hear some of the other patrons Googling the show to find out who-done-it ahead of time. Why would you do that? Relax and enjoy the show! There was far too much downtime between stuff. I understand that the actors have to perform the same show in 3 or 4 different cars. They tried to space it out so that you would watch a bit of the show, then get a course of your meal. However, there was still far too much of a wait between something happening. My girlfriend and I often found ourselves bored, looking at each other saying, OK, now what?It would have been OK if there was some kind of a view out of the train windows. Aside from a brief moment where you cross the Caloosahatchee River, the view is woods, trees, woods, more trees, the back of a business, a dumpster, woods, trees, another dumpster, etc. Theres really nothing to look at along this segment of the rail line. Then we got to the end of the line (in the middle of the woods, no less) and just sat there motionless for half an hour with the AC not running. It felt like we broke down, but no one said anything. Most of the time, it is quite chilly. Bring a sweater. They did warn us about this beforehand when I made the reservation. They werent kidding. As far as the food goes, it was nothing spectacular. You get a plate of cheese, crackers, and grapes to start. A pretzel roll with some butter (that was good). A basic tomato soup which was nothing out of the ordinary. The Caesar salad had a real strong anchovy taste. I really liked it. My girlfriend did not (so I ended up eating hers). I realize most people DONT like a fishy Caesar, so youve been warned. She had the chicken. It was bland. I had the prime rib. It looked and tasted good, however it was as tough as shoe leather. I wanted to ask for an electric carving knife. Also be aware that they have a strict three drink MAXIMUM per guest. While this would be fine for a normal dinner, youre on the train for almost four hours. If you enjoy cocktails with your meals and entertainment, you had better space them out. I enjoy wine with my steak, so I got a bottle of Cabernet. Thats basically three glasses of wine. I am by no means an alcoholic, but its hard to stretch three glasses of wine over four HOURS, including a meal. I understand theyre trying to prevent people from getting trashed and messing with the actors, but come on. Leave it up to the servers discretion as to whether or not patrons are drunk and rowdy. We even Ubered to the Train, expecting to have a few cocktails. Ill admit this was disappointing. The long wait times between performances would have been a little more tolerable if my glass was full. Just sayin. Finally, be aware that the price you pay for your ticket includes the train ride, show, and dinner, but it does not include your drinks or gratuities. Please be sure to tip the staff well. They deserve it.

Sometimes the food is amazing, sometimes its just ok.The actors are great, but I wish they had mics and speakers in the train carts so the actors didnt have to shout so loud. The train and tracks themselves could use some updating, but I assume things wont be done any time soon because theres no competition out there..

Couples beware. If you are a party of 2 you will most likely be seated on a table with 2 other strangers with which you will share an appetizer. This is not made clear during the purchase. Me and my husband found out about this upon arrival and were unpleasantly surprised and so were the other 2 people we were seated with. We wanted to either sit alone or cancel our booking. The staff in Sanibel wagon was not concerned about our issue and told us to either: “sit with the other people or leave and not get a refund”, even after we explained it’s my husband’s 30th birthday AND our wedding anniversary. Luckily Wende overheard and made arrangements for us to sit by ourselves in another wagon. So thanks to her for that.As far as the experience: nice atmosphere and decent show, but the food is a disappointment. Soup is ok, the salad is absolutely horrific. The prime rib was a red microwaved stiff piece of meat. Salmon was somewhat decent, but very bland. Our waitress Jaime did a great job though. She is a hard worker and has good control of the wagon.Overall not what we expected and the experience was just not worth the $200.

It was a long time before the train and actors got to going. Food was good. Ive been before and they always had a drunk Zsa Zsa Gabor I really miss that. This was the first time that it took so long to get the train moving. My past Adventures here have been great! This adventure just wasnt so great. Air conditioning in the train cars its a little warm.

Great experience to sit aboard a moving train and witness a murder mystery unfold while have freshly cooked dinner. All laboriously timed to serve meals and perform scenes without any disruption to the evening. The wait staff and performers have developed great balance to work on a rockin and rollin train without bumping into anyone or dropping anything. Worth it!
