This gym is truly amazing and the people that work there are ultra professional and knowledgeable. They make everyone feel comfortable and at home. The gym is modern and very clean and they have amazing equipment for all types of workouts. Every trainer tailors the workout to each person’s specific goals. Ray is super knowledgeable and personable. Also, Matt, the owner, is always on site and very accessible. I feel they have competitive pricing for this area and it’s well worth the money. You really get what you pay for! I’ve attended several gyms in the Monterey area and this is by far the best one. I’ve watched my strength, mobility, and overall coordination improve in just a short amount of time.
