Great customer service

I was told when Im purchased an $87 transformer, that if the solution did not work I could return the item for a refund. 48 hours later, When I attempted to return it, I was told I could not because it had been installed. How are you supposed to know if a solution is going to work without installing it?

I have been a customer of Electrical Distributors for 25 or so years, top notch suppliers and people.
