Stepped in and the male employee at the front counter was on his cell phone ON A PHONE call and did not even see me until I made direct eye contact with him while standing in front of the register and then he hung up his phone. The female employee with red hair was very friendly the entire time. I spent about 45 min in the store and probably was going to spend around $100, UNTIL I went to inquire about trying the items on in the fitting room. I approached a young, dark haired employee about trying the items on. She rudely/impolitely informed me that they are not allowing customers to try on costumes after Halloween. Yet, I just witnessed the red haired employee at the dressing room allowing other customers to try on costumes, I told her. She said Yeah, I know but we still arent allowed to- in a very rude tone, mind you. She wasnt kind or apologetic about the situation whatsoever. I set every single item down and immediately left. I will never return to another Spirit again thanks to this employees rude behavior.
