Wow! Absolutely amazed by the speed of the staff at this location! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes which was such a surprise. Im used to oil changes at the Toyota dealership taking HOURS and having to resist sales pitches for a bunch of maintenance my care doesnt need. It was so great to just come in, get the work I needed done, and get on with my day so quickly! Friendly and personable staff, clean facilities, and lighting fast work. Will definitely return for my next oil change.

Highly recommended! Super nice people, very efficient and highly professional. We went by due to flat tire right before business time ends. They were super patient with us even we were not decided if we would change our tires there. At the end they helped us put our spare tire on for free ( finish in 5 mins). We never expect that! Very quick and friendly and efphient

I was happy with the quick and friendly service. However, I was not happy when I arrived home with my engine smoking. Upon calling the location to be told by my technician that the oil gun had gotten stuck and had spilled oil all over the engine area. That it will be fine. Its been a week on and I am still dealing with the smell of burning oil because I can not get all the oil off the engine block. Wish I had been informed at the time what had occurred.

Yeserday (2/17/2021) I went to a place that I was better acquainted with and received customer service that was bad enough to make me implode and cry. Now, Im so happy I can cry too! 2 men tended to me, let me know time frame to expect, showed me what parts were recommended for replacement, and ultimately treated me respectfully and communicated very well ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ive done several oil change with this Jiffy location in the past, but I wont returning. I felt like this time was a ripoff. I had $16 coupon for oil change, but they did not have the oil I usually use, so they offered a more expensive one, but gave me only $4 discount plus the coupon I already had. Either their management changed, but I will be looking for a different oil change company. They ask you to contact them to resolve any issues, provide email, but its been a week and I have not heard from them. Poor value AND unprofessional. Definitely, will not be returning.

I was nervous to get my oil changed because so much could go wrong. I went to the Jiffy Lube on Abrego St from a recommendation from my friend and could not have been more happy or more confident in the professionalism and customer service that I was given by them. They even vacuumed the car and cleaned my windows, told me if I needed oilbefore 3 months they would give up to 2 qts, I asked how much was that and he said it was included!! WOW !!!! Highly recommend!!

The staff is great. They are courteous and enfirce the wearing if mask HOWEVER i was shocked by the price of the oilchange. Im traveling from Florida and its been and atill is at most all places 29.85 and or you can get the oil and filter and do it yourself for a little cheaper but $108. Bucks for a small car wait minus 15.00 online cupon it was 86.00 total but still WOW

Best place to be when your car needs blood transfusion

This is my go-to place for oil changes. Even though it was extremely busy due to Thanksgiving week, they were able to get me In and out in a little over an hour. And handled everyone elses cars the same and were very respectful.

Was very pleased with my service at this Jiffy Lube. I went on Thursday afternoon for routine oil change, and they were friendly, quick, and efficient. At other locations, I have felt up-sold on air filters, etc, but I did not feel that way here and felt I could trust their recommendations. Definitely recommend.

Friendly, skilled staff, theyre very efficient and working hard to earn your business. I had an air filter that needed replacement but needed special order, they got it within hours and when I came in it was all taken care of within ten minutes - and that includes a wind wiper fluid top-off and oil check. Theyre my new go-to place for oil changes now.

I went in at around 9:30 to have my oil changed and my tires rotated. Not only was it a great price and service but they were extremely fast. It took about 15 minutes from start to finish. Everyone was very polite and when I had questions they answered them the best they could even if it was about work they didnt do. I will definitely be back for my next oil change!

The manager saved this place from a one star. The woman they had working the counter had such an attitude. She told me that I was a liar and the work I had previously paid for hadnt been done. Then when I told her to stop doing any work because he attitude was atrocious she told me well good its your ticket anyway. I hope for your sake you dont have the misfortune of dealing with this individual. The manager was very polite and understanding.

This place is amazing. Pulled in and was quickly escorted out of my car and into the waiting lounge right away. Very nice staff and hard working Gents & Gals; real salt of the earth people. Recommend this professional Jiffy Lube.

These guys are so awesome. I went in with an issue I’ve had for months and they were able to diagnose and offer the repair for a third of the cost of what the dealer offered. They also have a military discount. I would go to these guys for anything.

They need to change their name to Not So Jiffy Lube! It took almost 1.5 hours for an oil change and there was only one car ahead of me when I pulled in. The staff is nice but they are so busy trying to upsell that it takes forever to get a simple oil change. The lady at the counter acted like the sky would fall if I didnt replace my air filter!

Do not have your car serviced here!! The last time I did, the oil filter was loose and not replaced properly and resulted an oil leak on my car when I was out of town. I called the corporate office but nothing was done to do something right for a customer like me. I called this location and they did not offer me a refund at all. I have to make a lot of explanation on what happened and I wasted my time talking to the manager that resulted to nothing. Please if you want your oil change done right go somewhere else but never go to Jiffy lube! You might have a nightmare on the road one day if you do! It seems to me like the auto mechanic could see you inside the waiting room through the glass window about 5 to 10 feet away. and if they dont like you, then they mess up your car.. It cost me almost $100. For a FULL SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGE that resulted to wasted time, wasted money and the worse customer service experience. Once again, go somewhere else!

Fastest oil change Ive ever gotten. I barely had time to sit down before they were handing me my keys. Their facility was clean and had plenty of attendants working. Staff was polite and efficient. Major downside is price. Their regular service cost was way more than I would be willing to pay. I had a coupon this time, so it wasnt that bad, but I wont be going back there again unless they are running another discount when I need my next oil change.Oh, and if you go there make sure you approach from the south, otherwise you have to make a U-turn or cut across traffic to turn into the place. It was kind of a pain for me since I have a truck.

The shop is conveniently located on Abrego. The crew that operates the business do a good job keeping customer cars moving through. I have never waited more than 30 minutes for a full service oil change. The waiting room is clean and you can watch the technicians ply their trade through the windows. Coupons are available on the company website. What I like most about this Jiffy Lube is lack of upsell pressure.They will inform you what maintenance is due and leave it at that.The other day I had a headlight bulb replaced and because it took longer than it should have they comped the job.This is a small town characteristic that is becoming harder to come by.

Normally I get my oil done at Walmart $55 and in and out. I was there at 8:05 and they did not complete until 9:30 and $115 to boot

Stopped in after work as my maintenance wrench light was on reminding me to change the oil for my Honda. I was pleasantly surprised how modern this garage was and how the people who worked there were really friendly and knowledgable. They did not try to oversell me on anything just let me know what they would check out and what I needed done. I opted for the synthetic blend oil which the dealer puts in and a new engine air filter as that price was on par with other local parts places. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I would say probably the best JL experience yet. I will be back. Thank you!
